Furnished houses near Orlando's largest employers.
One page per employer: who they bring to town, what those people need from housing, and the drive time from each of our thirteen homes. Monthly agreements in the company's name, itemized receipts, and simple extensions.
One rate for the house
No nightly math or resort fees. One monthly figure for a whole furnished house with parking.
Company billing
Agreement in the company's name, monthly invoices and itemized receipts for expense or per-diem processing.
Teams and rotations
Four-to-six-bedroom homes for a crew, or several homes in one neighborhood for a bigger group.
Plain drive times
Every employer page lists the minutes from each home by road, so nobody is surprised by the commute.
Ranked by Orlando-area headcount.
Headcounts are as reported by the Orlando Economic Partnership, Top 50 Employers (Orlando MSA), updated November 2025, which excludes local government and retail; public-sector employers are listed without a figure.

What this hub covers and where to go next
The list above is the way into this hub: every employer we track, with the home that sits closest to its campus and the drive time already worked out. This section is the rest of the map: how the thirteen houses actually sit across the city, which of our other pages fit a specific kind of company stay, and how billing works before you land on one employer's own page.
Five other pages sit alongside this hub for the working side of the site. Corporate & business housing covers relocations, project teams and rotations in the most depth. Government & per-diem housing is for staff, contractors and reservists on orders. Contractor & crew housing is built around a crew and a work truck. Remote worker housing is for anyone who needs a desk and a season in Orlando rather than an office to report to. For a move that is not tied to one assignment, our relocation & long-stay page covers a family settling in before they sign a lease. And the page for companies, agencies and insurers is where the billing and vendor paperwork for all of them lives in one place.
Most people who land on this hub are flying in rather than driving across town, so the map below places all thirteen homes by direction and drive time from Orlando International Airport instead of downtown.
- 1 Fruit Tree Home 26 min
- 2 City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes 29 min

Matching a headcount to a home
Whichever of our work-focused pages brought you here, the underlying question is the same: how many people, and how many bedrooms does that need. All thirteen homes are separate furnished houses, never a shared room or a floor of an apartment building, and they range from a two-bedroom that sleeps six to a six-bedroom that sleeps fifteen.

Counts as published in each home's own listing; sofas are not counted as beds.
A single traveler or a couple, the shape of a lot of government and per-diem placements, fits the smaller end: Wekiwa Home sleeps six and WinterPark Home sleeps eight. A small project team, or a remote worker who wants a desk and a spare room for a visitor, fits Amelia’s Arena Retreat or Meet. Play. Stay., both three to four bedrooms. A crew, a rotation, or a family relocating with more than one child needs the larger end: Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando sleeps thirteen, Piedmont fourteen, and The Clue House fifteen. One agreement covers the whole house at a monthly rate, so a group's math is one number, not one number per person.
If the group is bigger than any one house, four of our homes sit in Pine Hills and three sit in Washington Shores, so a crew can split across two houses without leaving the same part of town. Tell us the headcount and we will say plainly what fits.
Which page fits often comes down to one feature more than headcount alone. A crew with a work truck gravitates to Piedmont for its parking pad. A remote worker or a small team gravitates to The Clue House or Meet. Play. Stay. for the desks already built in. A family relocating for a new posting often wants Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando or Amelia’s Arena Retreat, both four bedrooms with a fenced yard for a dog or a swing set.
Homes companies and agencies book most
Six of our thirteen homes carry a corporate-stay tag in our own booking system: Amelia’s Arena Retreat, The Clue House, Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando, WinterPark Home, Meet. Play. Stay. and Wekiwa Home. Our corporate & business housing page covers Amelia’s Arena Retreat, The Clue House and Meet. Play. Stay. in depth; here are the other three.

WinterPark Home, in the Lockhart/Rosemont area of northwest Orlando, is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house with a screened porch, a private concrete driveway and stocked kitchen cabinets. It is the closest of our homes to AdventHealth Altamonte Springs and about 10 minutes from AdventHealth Orlando, which also makes it a workable base for the Altamonte and Lake Mary office corridors. Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house on a shaded lot of mature oaks in Washington Shores, sleeps thirteen and sits about 7 minutes from both downtown Orlando and Orlando Health / ORMC, with a private driveway and a partially fenced backyard. Wekiwa Home, the most compact home in the portfolio at two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeps six and suits a single employee or a couple, about 12 minutes from the MetroWest office corridor and 16 from AdventHealth Orlando.
The other three, briefly: Amelia’s Arena Retreat sleeps eight on the downtown edge in Parramore, about 7 minutes from downtown and 9 from Orlando Health / ORMC. The Clue House sleeps fifteen across six bedrooms in Pine Hills, with an in-home workspace and full-size laundry. Meet. Play. Stay. sleeps nine in Malibu Groves, the newest-built home in the portfolio, with desks in two bedrooms and an attached garage.
The employers behind the drive times
Every employer on this hub sits somewhere in a handful of corridors, and the portfolio's drive-time bands follow that shape. Government and school offices cluster close to the downtown and northwest homes: City of Orlando's City Hall runs 6 to 17 minutes across the portfolio, Orange County Government's offices run 7 to 17, and the Orange County Public Schools headquarters runs 5 to 17. Electronic Arts, based in Creative Village on the downtown edge, is 6 to 17 minutes as well.
Farther out, the Sand Lake Road corridor in south Orlando holds Lockheed Martin at 11 to 24 minutes, with Rosen Hotels & Resorts in a 17-to-30-minute band depending on the exact hotel. Siemens Energy's campus sits in a different part of the city: near Alafaya Trail and Corporate Boulevard in east Orlando, it runs 26 to 35 minutes across the portfolio, a band that lands closer to the university corridor than to Sand Lake Road. Several financial and insurance employers cluster in Lake Mary and Heathrow, Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, Chase Card Services, Liberty Mutual and Bank of America among them, though they do not all sit at the same distance. Deloitte and Chase Card Services run an 18-to-31-minute drive, Bank of America runs 19 to 32, and JPMorgan Chase and Liberty Mutual, on campuses further into the corridor, run 23 to 36 and 23 to 35. The higher-education campuses cover a wide band too: Full Sail University and Rollins College in Winter Park run 11 to 27 minutes, and UCF's main campus and the Central Florida Research Park, where Team Orlando sits, are two separate destinations that each run 26 to 36.
Orlando's theme-park and hospitality employers spread the widest of any cluster on this hub. Universal Orlando runs 12 to 26 minutes across the portfolio. Hilton Grand Vacations and Westgate Resorts, both based in the MetroWest corridor, run 7 to 24, and Travel + Leisure Co. runs 18 to 31. Walt Disney World runs 34 to 47 minutes, on the southwest edge of the metro, where none of our thirteen homes sit.
Lake Nona's Medical City corridor sits at the far edge of the map: KPMG's Lakehouse campus runs 30 to 40 minutes and Nemours Children's Hospital runs 32 to 42. None of this replaces the table on each employer's own page, which breaks the same number down home by home; it is the shape of the map before you get there.
What's already in the house
Every home comes with the same baseline before you even ask: furniture throughout, beds made up for arrival, a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, working Wi-Fi and private parking, a driveway, carport or parking pad depending on the house. Exact inclusions are confirmed in writing when you book.
Exact inclusions vary a little by home and are confirmed in writing when you book.
A few homes go further for a work stay. The Clue House and Meet. Play. Stay. each have a desk and office chair built into a bedroom, useful when someone needs to join a call between site visits.

Piedmont has a large concrete parking pad that fits several vehicles, useful for a crew arriving with a work truck alongside personal cars. WinterPark Home has a screened porch for stepping outside without the bugs. And eight of our thirteen homes, the Amelia, Head Avenue, Piedmont, Dollins, Katherine, 25th Street, Meet & Play and Sunset Lake houses, have a fenced yard, which matters if a colleague is bringing a dog along for the stay.
Billing depends on who is paying
A company, a staffing or relocation agency, an insurer, or an individual employee can each be the party on the agreement, and the paperwork shifts a little depending on which one it is. For a company or an established agency, we write the agreement in the company's name with the traveler as the occupant, invoice monthly, and provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request; net-30 terms apply under a signed agreement or purchase order once the first booking is paid up front. We carry a commercial landlord liability policy, which is what that certificate of insurance actually documents. For an individual on a stipend or a per-diem allowance, the agreement is in their own name with itemized monthly receipts they can submit for reimbursement. For a government or contractor placement on orders, the same written agreement and receipts apply, and our per-diem lodging guide and government & per-diem housing page go into the specifics.
Whichever payer signs, the rate itself is never published on the site: the monthly rate, the deposit and the pet policy are confirmed in writing when you inquire, and extensions run month by month at the same terms. Our page for companies, agencies and insurers covers the full mechanics of invoicing, vendor forms and certificates of insurance in one place.
Living near the job for the length of the stay
Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando, Piedmont and City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes sit in Washington Shores, a few minutes from downtown by SR-408 or I-4. Nikki's Place, a soul-food restaurant on South Orange Blossom Trail, has been serving the neighborhood since 1999, and Lake Lorna Doone Park, a twelve-acre city park just north of Camping World Stadium, has a walking loop, outdoor fitness stations and a splash pad after an eight-million-dollar rebuild in 2021. WinterPark Home, in Lockhart, is a short walk from a community park with a playground and courts, and it is the closest of our homes to AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, useful for anyone who floats between the northern campuses.

Four of our homes sit in Pine Hills, a short expressway ride from AdventHealth Orlando and downtown. Barnett Park, a 159-acre county park on West Colonial Drive, has a free splash pad, walking trails, disc golf, and basketball and volleyball courts. The Central Florida Fairgrounds sit on the same southern edge of the neighborhood, about 3 minutes from The Clue House.
Getting around this corner of the city is mostly by car; SR-408 and I-4 are the spines, both tolled, so a SunPass or E-PASS pays for itself over a multi-month stay. Our Washington Shores & West Orlando area guide and Pine Hills & Northwest Orlando area guide go further into groceries, food and parks for each cluster.
What guests who came for work said
The line that comes up most in our reviews from company stays is about the location, not the amenities. Carolyn, who stayed at WinterPark Home with colleagues in March 2025, wrote: 'A few of my colleagues and I had the pleasure of staying here for a work trip to the Orlando area. The location was perfect for us. The place was beautiful and just what we needed for our short stay. Michelle was amazing as well. She goes above and beyond in regard to communication to ensure our stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out.' The reviews below are from the same home, quoted verbatim with the reviewer's name and the month they stayed.
"Súper recomendable para familias grande yo lugar muy acogedor Tranquilo limpio y seguro"
"Michelle war immer erreichbar und hat unser Problem gelöst, wenn wir eins hatten. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt! Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist hervorragend."
"Ido like this home is nice and clean Eveithing it whas good thank you for let me stay there"
Every home page carries its own set of reviews, and the full wall is on our reviews page.
Booking steps and which page fits your stay
The process is the same whether a coordinator is booking on behalf of a company, an employee is booking for themselves on a stipend, or a contractor is booking on a purchase order.
Tell us the basics
Your dates, what brings you to Orlando, how many people, and anything that matters: pets, a work truck, a desk, a budget.
We match a home
We point you to the homes that fit your commute, length of stay and budget, with real photos and drive times, usually the same day.
Book the way you like
Nights and weeks through Airbnb, Vrbo or us directly; months on a written agreement with receipts.
Move in and settle
The house is furnished, stocked and ready. Bring a suitcase.
If you are not sure which of our pages fits your situation, use this as a quick check: a company or a project team, corporate & business housing; a government employee, a contractor or a reservist on orders, government & per-diem housing; a crew with a work truck, contractor & crew housing; someone working from a laptop for a season, remote worker housing; and a family settling into the city before they sign a lease, relocation & long-stay housing. Our corporate housing checklist and coordinator's checklist cover the same ground in more detail.
A few details help us answer with the right homes on the first try:
- The exact campus or site your traveler will commute to, so we can match the home to the drive rather than just the city.
- How many people, and any pets. Several homes accept pets, and the policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing.
- Who signs the agreement: the company, an agency, an insurer, or the traveler themselves.
- Dates, with the extension risk noted if there is a real chance the stay runs long.
- Anything the house needs to have: a desk, a fenced yard, a parking pad for a truck, a second bathroom.
From a coordinator's email to keys in hand.
Send the brief
Who, how many, dates, the office they'll commute to, and any needs (desk, pets, a work truck).
We propose homes
Two or three homes with drive times, photos and the plain facts, usually the same day.
Agreement and invoice
A monthly agreement in the company's name, a W-9 if you need one, and an invoice per month.
Arrival and extensions
Keyless entry, arrival notes, a phone number a person answers, and extensions by the month.
Questions companies ask.
Can the company be the party on the agreement?
Yes. We write the monthly agreement in the company's name with the employee as the occupant, or in the employee's name with the company paying. Itemized receipts come with every stay.
Do you invoice monthly?
Yes. One monthly rate for the whole house, invoiced per month, with receipts formatted for expense processing or per-diem reporting.
Can you house a rotating team?
Yes. One agreement can cover a house used by a rotating team, and several nearby homes can hold a larger group.
How are the drive times calculated?
By road routing from each home to the employer's main Orlando campus, without traffic. They are estimates; every employer page and every home page shows them so you can choose with the commute in front of you.
Do you provide a W-9 or a certificate of insurance?
Yes, both on request. For established companies, agencies and insurers we can bill monthly on net-30 terms under a signed agreement or purchase order; ask about any other vendor paperwork your team needs.
Are you affiliated with these employers?
No. Libema Properties is an independent housing provider. The employers are named so their people can find housing near work; none of them endorse or sponsor us.
Placing someone in Orlando?
Send the brief and we'll propose homes with drive times, usually the same day.
