Whole-house weekly rentals in Orlando
A week in a whole house, for a park trip, a tournament, a project week or a long visit, with nightly and weekly stays through Airbnb, Vrbo or a direct inquiry.
A week is the awkward length: too long for a hotel room to feel fine, too short for most furnished-rental companies to bother with. Our homes cover it. Each is listed for nightly and weekly stays on Airbnb and Vrbo, and you can inquire with us directly for your dates. You get a whole house with a kitchen and laundry, which for a week of park days or a tournament makes more difference than any hotel amenity.
A whole house for the week
Two to six bedrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a driveway.
Book the way you like
Nightly and weekly stays through Airbnb or Vrbo, or inquire with us directly for a quote.
Real meals, real laundry
A week with a kitchen and a washer costs less and feels better than a week of restaurants and hotel laundry bags.

A week in one of our houses
Book a single night and you get a room for the night. Book a month and you get a routine. A week sits between the two: long enough to actually live somewhere instead of just sleeping there, short enough that you are still thinking of it as a trip. That is who books our houses for seven nights: a family stacking a few park days around a couple of slower ones, a team or a crew in town for a tournament or a job that runs Monday through Friday plus travel days on each end, or someone visiting family who would rather not sleep on a couch or shuttle relatives to and from a hotel lobby.
What those trips share is that a hotel room starts to strain by day three. Kids need somewhere to spread out that is not a bed. A crew wants a dinner that is not a drive-through. A visiting relative wants a door that closes. A whole house solves all three at once: separate bedrooms instead of a shared box, a kitchen you can actually cook in, a washer and dryer so a week of clothes does not become two suitcases by the time you leave, and a driveway or a parking pad instead of a nightly hotel garage fee.
Every one of our thirteen homes is listed for nightly and weekly stays on Airbnb and Vrbo, so you can see real photos, real reviews and the open dates before you commit to anything. You can also inquire with us directly with your dates; if the home you want is not showing available online, or you would rather get a straight quote before comparing listings, we answer the same day. However you book, arrival works the same way: keyless entry or a lockbox, with the code or key location sent a few days ahead so nobody is waiting outside after a long drive or a late flight.
The homes that suit a week
All thirteen of our houses take weekly bookings, and which one fits has more to do with the shape of your week than the calendar does. A few come up again and again for seven-night stays because of their size or what is inside, and the differences are worth knowing before you start comparing listings, since a house built for a reunion is not the one you want for a quiet week of remote work.

The Meet & Play House in Malibu Groves is the newest-built home in the portfolio and the one families often ask for by name on a park-trip week: a game room with a full-size pool table and a dart board, desks in two of the bedrooms for anyone who still owes an afternoon of work, a fenced backyard with cornhole, and a kitchen island with seating. It sleeps up to nine and sits about 12 minutes from Universal and 9 from downtown Orlando.
For a team, a crew, or a reunion booking one house for the week instead of splitting a hotel block, the Head Avenue House in Pine Hills has six bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps up to fifteen, with an in-home workspace and full-size laundry so nobody is hauling bags to a laundromat mid-week. It runs about 14 minutes from Universal and 8 from Camping World Stadium.
If the week is built around downtown, a project, or a hospital visit rather than the parks, the 25th Street House in Holden Heights has full-size laundry on site, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to ten, about 6 minutes from downtown Orlando and 13 from Universal. Every home page lists its own bedroom, bathroom and sleeping numbers, along with the plain, honest parts worth reading before you book.
How the drive works for a week here
Our houses sit on the west, northwest and downtown edges of Orlando rather than out along the resort corridor, which is exactly why a week here can cover a lot of ground. Downtown Orlando is a short run from nearly all thirteen homes, Camping World Stadium and the Kia Center arena district sit close to several of them, and both Universal and Walt Disney World are a manageable drive rather than a walk from a themed hotel you would also be paying for. Which of those matters most to your week decides which cluster of homes is worth looking at first.
Camping World Stadium is a useful anchor for a week built around a bowl game, a soccer match or a downtown concert. By road and without traffic it runs as near as 2 minutes and as far as 15, depending on the house, and several of our homes sit inside that shorter end of the range. The map below places each home in its true compass direction from the stadium, with the distance from the centre showing drive minutes rather than miles.

For a week built around the parks, Universal Orlando is, by road and without traffic, between 12 and 26 minutes away depending on which home you book, and Walt Disney World runs farther, 34 to 47 minutes, since our houses sit on the city side of the metro rather than along the resort corridor itself. The chart below breaks the Universal number out house by house so you can see where your pick falls in that range.
Downtown Orlando, useful for a project week, a game day or simply a night out, is 6 to 17 minutes away from our homes. Here is how downtown, Walt Disney World and Camping World Stadium line up against each other, home by home, so you can weigh all three destinations against the house you are considering rather than guessing from an average.

Typical road-routing times without traffic; Orlando rush hours add to the longer routes.
Orlando's rush hours add to the longer of these routes, and SR-408 and I-4 do most of the work getting you between the house and wherever the week is centered. SR-408 is tolled, so if your plan includes more than one or two runs out to the parks, a SunPass or E-PASS transponder is worth setting up before you arrive.
What's already in the house
A week is long enough that the small things matter: whether you need to buy paper towels the first morning, whether there is a real stove instead of a microwave, whether the beds are made when you walk in. Every home comes furnished and ready to move into, and here is what is included at all thirteen of our houses.
Exact inclusions vary a little by home and are confirmed in writing when you book.
Past that baseline, the extras vary by house and are worth matching to your week. The Piedmont House has a foosball table and arcade basketball in a game corner, useful for a week where the adults want an evening off from entertaining everyone else. The Dollins House has blackout curtains in its furnished bedrooms, which helps if part of your group is sleeping off a red-eye or a late shift. The Wekiwa House, the most compact home in the portfolio at two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, has a tub bath and a separate walk-in tile shower, so two people are not queuing for the same bathroom on a short trip.
Parking is private at every home, a driveway, a carport or a parking pad, which for a week means no daily hotel parking charge and no circling the block after a long day at the parks or the stadium. Wi-Fi runs from the day you arrive, which covers the evenings and keeps anyone still working reachable during the day.
Booking and paying for a week
Most week-long stays run through the home's own Airbnb or Vrbo listing, the simplest route if you are booking for yourself: you see the calendar, the current price for your dates and any cleaning fee before you pay, and the platform handles payment and its standard protections for both sides, the same as it would for any other week you book anywhere else.
If you would rather deal with us directly, tell us your dates and the home you have in mind, or describe what you need, bedrooms, a game room, distance from the stadium or the parks, and we will point you to two or three that fit. For a family trip, a reunion or a team booking their own week, we quote the rate and confirm the deposit and pet policy in writing, then take payment the normal way; there is no separate corporate process unless you are booking on behalf of an employer or an organization that needs the invoice in its own name.
Companies, staffing agencies, insurers and relocation coordinators booking a week for an employee or a client are the exception: we can write the agreement or invoice in the organization's name, provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request, since Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy, and bill established organizations on net-30 terms under a signed agreement or purchase order after the first booking. None of that applies to a family, a reunion or a team parent booking a trip; that stays a normal booking, confirmed in writing, paid the usual way.
If a week turns out not to be enough, say so as soon as you know. Adding a few nights may be possible on the same listing if the calendar is open; a longer stay is better handled as a monthly agreement, which we can arrange without you starting the search over, and we would rather know early than have you scrambling for a new home on short notice.
Living here for the week
A week gives you enough time to actually cook a few meals instead of eating out for every one, and where you shop depends on which cluster your home sits in. From the 25th Street House and the Amelia House on the downtown edge, the compact Publix at The Paramount on Lake Eola is the nearby grocery store. From the Pine Hills and Washington Shores homes, the Walmart Supercenter on West Princeton Street and Presidente Supermarket on North Pine Hills Road are the closest full stores, and the Caribbean Supercenter on West Colonial is worth a stop if you want to cook something beyond the usual.

For a slower day between park visits or games, Lake Eola Park downtown has a roughly one-mile sidewalk loop, the resident swans, and a Sunday farmers market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lake Lorna Doone Park, just north of Camping World Stadium, has a walking loop, outdoor fitness stations and a splash pad, close to City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes. Either park is a free, easy way to spend a slow morning without adding it to your itinerary.

Getting around for the week is by car for most of the portfolio; the exceptions are the downtown-edge homes, where the LYNX Central and Church Street SunRail stations and the free LYMMO bus put the core of downtown within reach without driving. Everywhere else, SR-408 and I-4 do the work, and SR-408 is tolled, so a transponder or a plate-pay account is worth setting up before you arrive if the week involves more than a couple of drives to the parks or the stadium.
What guests said about a week here
The reviews below are real, pulled verbatim from the homes' own Airbnb listings, with the reviewer's name and the month they stayed, exactly as they were written. Every home page shows its own full set, and the complete wall of reviews across all thirteen houses is on our reviews page.
"The house was great and clean would recommend"
"Great Stay! Thank you for hosting! Would definitely book again!"
"My stay was very good. Close to everywhere without the traffic. My family and I was safe and felt at home."
"Great host, very communicative and cute house 20ish minutes to international drive!"
Mary, who stayed at the Dollins House with a band booked to play an event in Orlando, wrote in May 2026: "This place worked well for us as a group of mixed ages and genders who were in Orlando as a band to play at an event! The beds and bedrooms worked well for us and we appreciated being able to cook." That is close to what a week here is built for, enough beds for a mixed group and a kitchen that actually gets used.
Angella, who stayed at the Head Avenue House in August 2026, wrote: "My stay was very good. Close to everywhere without the traffic. My family and I was safe and felt at home." A week is long enough for that kind of first impression to hold up past the first night, which is the plain test we ask every home to pass.
A short list before you book a week
A little planning before you inquire saves back-and-forth once you start comparing homes.
- What the week is built around. A park trip, a tournament, a job running Monday to Friday, or a visit to family changes which home and which cluster make sense; tell us and we will point you to the drive that matters.
- How many people, and how you will split the bedrooms. A crew of three splits differently than a family of six or a team of twelve; check each home's bedroom and bathroom count before you commit.
- Whether you will need a car every day. Outside the downtown-edge homes, you will. Every home has private parking, so plan for tolls on SR-408 rather than a parking bill.
- A pet, if one is coming. Several homes accept pets, and the policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing before you book.
- Whether the week might grow. If there is a real chance you will want more time, say so up front; we would rather try to hold the following days than have you searching again mid-week.
- Who is paying. Your own trip, or an employer, insurer or agency covering it. It decides whether the booking runs through Airbnb or Vrbo, or through a direct agreement with us.
Send us that list with your dates and we typically reply the same day with two or three homes that fit, their open dates for the week you want, and the exact drive time to wherever your week is centered, whether that is a park, a campus or a stadium gate.

Common questions.
Is there a minimum number of nights?
It depends on the home and the season. The Airbnb or Vrbo listing linked on each home page shows the current minimum, or ask us.
Can I book a week directly with you?
Yes. Inquire with your dates and we'll quote. For short stays we may direct you to our Airbnb or Vrbo listing, which handles payment and protection for both sides.
Is there a cleaning fee for a short stay?
Short stays may carry a cleaning fee, shown on the listing before you book.
Can I extend a week-long stay if my plans change?
Ask as soon as you know. If the home's Airbnb or Vrbo calendar is open for the extra nights, you can usually add them directly on the listing. If you would rather turn the week into a longer stay, tell us and we will set up a monthly agreement instead of restarting your search, provided the home is not already booked for someone else.
Which homes work well for a group of eight or more for a week?
Several of our homes sleep eight or more. The Clue House sleeps up to fifteen across six bedrooms, Piedmont up to fourteen, and Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando up to thirteen. Amelia’s Arena Retreat, Katherine House, Londonderry House, Sunset Lake House and Cozy House each sleep up to eight. Tell us your group size and we will point you to the right fit.
Is a week enough time to visit both Universal and Walt Disney World?
Yes, plenty of guests do both in a week. Universal is between 12 and 26 minutes from our homes by road without traffic, and Walt Disney World runs 34 to 47 minutes, depending on which house you book. A week leaves room for two or three park days at each with rest days between, without paying for a room inside either resort.
Does a week cost less per night than booking single nights?
It depends on the home and the season; we do not publish rates, and each Airbnb or Vrbo listing sets its own pricing. Ask us with your dates, or check the listing's own calendar, and we will tell you plainly whether a full week works out to a lower nightly rate than booking the same nights one at a time.
What should I expect if my week overlaps a game at Camping World Stadium?
A few of our homes sit minutes from the stadium, which is convenient on a game day but means more traffic on the surrounding streets that evening. City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes, about 2 minutes away, tells guests plainly to expect stadium traffic on event days. Check the stadium schedule against your dates and build in extra time coming and going that night.
Can I bring a pet for a week-long stay?
Several of our homes accept pets. If you book through Airbnb or Vrbo, the listing shows its own pet policy before you pay. If you inquire with us directly, we confirm whether the home accepts pets, and any deposit, in writing before you commit, the same as we do for a monthly stay.
Tell us your dates and what brings you to Orlando.
We'll point you to the homes that fit, usually the same day. Nights, weeks or months.
