City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes is a small, single-story bungalow: three bedrooms and one bathroom, updated with wood-look plank floors and ceiling fans in every room. The palette runs white and gray, with sage bedding and a blue-gray sectional in the living room. Nothing about it is oversized. It reads like a real family home because that is what it is: a plain, comfortable house built for a couple, a small family or a handful of coworkers, not a compound designed to sleep a crowd. The rooms are sized and furnished for exactly that kind of stay, and the character shows up in the details rather than the square footage.

Living room and kitchen

The front door opens straight into the living room, where the blue-gray sectional and a wall-mounted TV sit under a ceiling fan. It is an open plan: the breakfast bar is a few steps away, and the white kitchen with stainless appliances sits just past it. A separate dining table seats four, so a meal does not have to happen standing at the bar. The kitchen comes stocked with cookware and dishes, the way every Libema home does, which matters here specifically because there is no second living area or den in the house. Whatever the evening holds, dinner, a movie, or just unwinding after a shift, it happens in this one connected room, and the layout is built to make that easy instead of cramped.

Bedrooms and the one bathroom

Down the hall are the three bedrooms, each simply furnished with a bed, and at least one carries its own wall-mounted TV for a guest who wants to watch something without taking over the living room. Between them sits a single bathroom with a tub and shower, and that is the one honesty flag worth planning around before you book: three bedrooms and eight sleeping spots share a single bathroom. For a couple, a small family, or two or three colleagues splitting a work assignment, that is rarely an issue. For a full house of eight coordinating an early shift, a school morning or a kickoff time, it takes a bit more planning, and we would rather you know that going in than find out on the first morning.

Carport, laundry and the yard

Out front, a live oak shades a carport, the only setup like it across our thirteen houses. It is covered, private and close to the door, which matters on the days the Florida sun or a sudden storm rolls through. There is no separate driveway or parking pad here, so the carport is the one dedicated spot, and a second car falls back to the street. The washer and dryer sit inside the house, so laundry happens on your own schedule. Out back, the yard is fenced, but it is being refreshed right now, so plan on it as space for walking a pet on a leash. We will update the listing the day that changes.

07Who this house suits best

On paper City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes sleeps eight, but the stay it suits best is smaller than that number suggests: a couple, two or three coworkers sharing an assignment, or a family of four or five comfortable with one bathroom between them. It is on our list for travel nurses and medical staff working a rotation near Orlando Health or AdventHealth, for a contractor crew that wants a private carport spot for the work truck and a real dinner to cook after a long day, and for anyone booking around a game or a concert at Camping World Stadium or the Kia Center. It also works for a family theme-park trip, as long as the group is comfortable sharing that single bathroom.

It is not the house for a large reunion or a multi-family group that needs more than one bathroom or a second living room; some of our other Washington Shores and Pine Hills homes carry more bedrooms and more bathrooms under one roof for exactly that kind of group. City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes earns its place with location and price instead of extra square footage: a small, private house two minutes from the stadium and about seven minutes from downtown, with its own kitchen, its own carport and its own front door, for guests who would rather keep the drive short than have a bigger house farther out.

08The blocks around the house

Washington Shores is a long-established, quiet neighborhood on Orlando's west side, built around Lake Mann, Sunset Lake and Camping World Stadium, the small lake this house takes its name from. The streets are shaded, the lots are generous by Orlando standards, and that extra room is part of why the yard and the carport here feel more spread out than a downtown block would. Three of our homes sit in Washington Shores, each set up a little differently for a different kind of stay. Lake Lorna Doone Park, a twelve-acre city park just north of the stadium, reopened in 2021 after an eight-million-dollar rebuild, with a walking loop, outdoor fitness stations, a splash pad, a barrier-free playground, basketball courts, a community garden and a lakeside pavilion. From this house it is close enough to treat as an everyday park rather than a special outing. For food, Nikki's Place on South Orange Blossom Trail has served soul food since 1999, under a mile from the stadium, with downtown's wider restaurant scene a short drive east. Camping World Stadium and the Kia Center run their own event calendars on top of the neighborhood, football, soccer and concerts included, both reachable in minutes by SR-408 or I-4. A car covers all of it easily; nothing here is a walk.

09Getting to work, the hospitals and the parks

By road and without traffic, Orlando Health / ORMC is about 8 minutes from the house, AdventHealth Orlando about 10, and Arnold Palmer and Winnie Palmer, sharing the same downtown campus, about 9. Downtown Orlando and Creative Village are both about 7 minutes, and Lake Eola Park is 8. That puts a downtown shift, a downtown office day and an afternoon at the lake on roughly the same short drive. Orlando's rush hours build on I-4 and SR-408 at the usual times, so a 7 a.m. or a 7 p.m. shift change generally moves faster than a mid-afternoon start; every number here is a typical road-routing time without traffic, not a rush-hour estimate.

Farther out, Valencia College's west campus is about 11 minutes, Lockheed Martin on Sand Lake Road about 13, and both the UCF main campus and Central Florida Research Park sit around 26. Universal Studios Florida and Epic Universe are about 15 minutes each, Walt Disney World is about 36, and SeaWorld is about 24. Wekiwa Springs State Park, the region's closer spring-fed park from this house, is about 25 minutes north. Orlando International Airport is about 29 minutes, worth knowing if you are timing a stay around a flight rather than a shift, and the Orange County Convention Center, for a trade-show trip, is about 20. Dr. Phillips Center for the arts downtown is about 7 minutes, ICON Park and International Drive about 17, and the Mall at Millenia about 10, if a show or an afternoon of shopping is part of the trip.

10Game days at Camping World Stadium

At about 2 minutes by road, City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes sits right next to Camping World Stadium, closer than any other destination on this house's own drive-time list. That is exactly why the house shows up on our list for game days, concerts and weekends, and why its honesty flags call out stadium traffic specifically: expect the streets nearby to fill with parking and slow with departing crowds on a game night, even though the ordinary drive takes two minutes. The Kia Center, about 8 minutes away, and Inter.co Stadium, about 5, run their own event calendars too, so a busy sports weekend downtown can mean two or three venues drawing traffic at once.

None of the drive times on this page include event-night congestion, only the typical drive without traffic. If you are booking around a specific event, plan extra time getting out afterward on SR-408 or I-4, and use the carport instead of hunting for street parking; it is private, and you will not be circling the block while everyone else looks for a spot. 11A typical stay here

A weekday here starts in the kitchen: coffee at the breakfast bar, then a short drive, 8 minutes to Orlando Health, 10 to AdventHealth, 7 into downtown, depending on where the day takes you. Evenings come back to the sectional and the wall-mounted TV, or out to Nikki's Place for soul food a few minutes down Orange Blossom Trail, or a little farther into downtown or Church Street for a wider choice. Laundry happens in the house between shifts or workdays, no laundromat trip required, so scrubs, work clothes or ballpark gear go straight from the hamper to the machine and back into a bag for the next day.

On a game weekend the rhythm changes: the carport holds the car, a short drive or rideshare to Camping World Stadium or the Kia Center replaces the commute, and the kitchen and the dining table for four turn into headquarters for a small group before kickoff. Either way, the house works the way a real home does: one bathroom to share, one kitchen to cook in, a yard for the dog on a leash while it is being refreshed, and a quiet residential street to come back to at the end of the day, whichever kind of day it was.

The exact address is not published for this house, only the neighborhood and zip code, 32805; we share the exact street once your dates and rate are confirmed in writing. Rates, the deposit and the pet policy are all confirmed in writing when you inquire and are never posted on the site, and several of our homes do accept pets, so ask us directly about this one before you book.
