Libema Properties LLC ("we," "us") operates libemapropertyrentals.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or availability request, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email, phone number, dates, guest count, the kind of stay, and any message. If you call or email us, we keep those communications to respond to you. With your permission only, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used (see Cookies).

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss availability;
  • To arrange and document a stay if you book one;
  • To keep records required for our business and for tax or legal purposes.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages help guests. It sets analytics cookies only after you click Accept on the cookie banner; until then nothing is loaded from Google. We do not use advertising cookies, and we ask Google not to use the data for ads. Google Analytics stores a pseudonymous visitor ID and usage data (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser) for 14 months. You can change your choice any time with Cookie choices in the footer, and you can block it with Google's opt-out add-on.

How we share it and who processes it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to respond to you:

  • Cloudflare Pages: website hosting and delivery;
  • Resend: delivery of the email your inquiry generates to us;
  • Google Analytics 4: site usage statistics, only after you accept analytics cookies;
  • Google (Gmail): the inbox where we receive and reply to your message.

Links to Airbnb and Vrbo on our home pages take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies; we do not receive your data from them unless you book. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD and CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. This includes residents of the European Economic Area and the UK (GDPR / UK GDPR), Brazil (LGPD), and California (CCPA/CPRA). We honor these requests and we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email libemapropertiesllc@gmail.com; we will respond within the time your law requires.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial or ID details through the form.

Please don't send sensitive data

Never enter bank, card, Social Security, or government-ID numbers into our form or email. If a stay requires such details, we'll arrange a secure method.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
