Furnished homes in Rosemont.
A green, quiet pocket of northwest Orlando around Lake Orlando: easy I-4 access south to downtown or north to Altamonte.
About Rosemont
Rosemont sits in northwest Orlando around Lake Orlando, a leafy and quiet residential area off Clarcona-Ocoee Road and US-441. It is one of the calmer places to base a stay while staying close to the interstate: I-4 is minutes away, so downtown Orlando is a run to the south and AdventHealth Altamonte a run to the north.
Two of our homes are within easy reach of Rosemont, The Clue House and WinterPark Home, both furnished, both available by the night or the month, and both a good fit for clinicians splitting time between the northern campuses and downtown.
Where Rosemont sits
Rosemont's two zip codes, 32808 and 32810, mark where it sits: 32808 is shared with Pine Hills just to the south, and 32810 is shared with Lockhart just to the north. The area is a strip of northwest Orlando built around Lake Orlando, and our two homes sit at opposite ends of that strip. The Clue House, at 677 Head Ave, is closer to the Pine Hills side; WinterPark Home, at 518 Katherine Ave, is closer to the Lockhart side. Both addresses are published on the site, and both sit on residential streets off Clarcona-Ocoee Road, with US-441 (Orange Blossom Trail) running along the edge of the area.

That ramp is most of the reason to base a stay here. Northwest Orlando, the wider area that also holds Pine Hills, Lockhart and Hiawassee, is built on the same idea: residential streets set back from the highway, with a fast way onto it when you need to get to AdventHealth, the Fairgrounds or downtown. Both Rosemont houses are older, plain concrete-block homes, and both have been renovated on the inside. The Clue House has a gray shaker kitchen, stone counters and tile floors; WinterPark Home has stainless appliances, quartz-look counters and wood-look plank flooring throughout. Neither is a new build. What you get is a whole house on a residential block, a few minutes from the interstate.
Getting to the hospitals and downtown
WinterPark Home is the closest of our thirteen homes to AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, at 12 minutes by road. It is also 10 minutes from AdventHealth Orlando, 13 from downtown, 26 from Universal, and 15 from Camping World Stadium. The Clue House runs the other way on that first number: 22 minutes to AdventHealth Altamonte, but 12 to AdventHealth Orlando, 11 to downtown, 14 to Universal and 8 to Camping World Stadium. If your assignment or your errands run mostly to the AdventHealth Altamonte side, WinterPark Home is the shorter drive; if downtown, ORMC or the stadium district matter more, The Clue House is a few minutes closer on those routes.
The two homes also split on the Orlando Health side of town. WinterPark Home is 16 minutes from Orlando Health / ORMC and 17 from Arnold Palmer and Winnie Palmer, while The Clue House is 12 and 13 minutes respectively, and 11 minutes from Orlando Health Health Central in Ocoee against WinterPark Home's 23. Across the whole portfolio, AdventHealth Altamonte runs from 12 to 24 minutes depending on the home, and AdventHealth Orlando runs from 8 to 16. AdventHealth Winter Park, on Lee Road, is not one of the campuses we track minute by minute from every home, but it is described as a short run specifically from our Lockhart and Rosemont homes, and across the portfolio it falls between 6 and 18 minutes.
The map below puts AdventHealth Altamonte Springs at the center and places each home by its true compass direction and drive time. Rosemont's two homes sit close to the middle of that map, reflecting how central this pocket of the northwest is to the two big AdventHealth campuses.

Groceries, food and coffee near Rosemont
Rosemont's own streets are residential, so the grocery runs happen a few minutes south and west, in the same stretch that serves Pine Hills. Presidente Supermarket, a Latin grocer at 2722 North Pine Hills Road, sits at Silver Star Road with a cafeteria and a juice counter built in. A few blocks south on West Colonial Drive, Caribbean Supercenter at 5111 West Colonial has anchored Caribbean shopping in this corner of Orlando for around forty years, and Enson Market at 5132 West Colonial is a large Asian supermarket in the same plaza. For a full-line American supermarket, the Walmart Supercenter at 3101 West Princeton Street is the closest big box, and the nearest Publix is a short drive south to Metro West Village at 2435 South Hiawassee Road.

Eating well here does not require a long drive. Island Jam Caribbean Cuisine, a Haitian kitchen at 2615 North Pine Hills Road, is known for its griot and fried plantains. Golden Krust, at West Colonial and North Kirkman (5503 West Colonial Drive), is the reliable stop for a Jamaican beef patty, jerk chicken or oxtail. Beyond those two, Pine Hills Road and West Colonial carry a run of small independent Caribbean, Latin and West African kitchens worth working through over a longer stay. Coffee is thinner on the ground: the Caribbean bakeries along West Colonial pour a strong cup alongside their patties, and the closest sit-down cafe options are Mecatos Bakery and Cafe on South Hiawassee Road, which does Colombian coffee and pastries, and the independent cafes on Edgewater Drive in College Park, a short drive east.
Parks, gyms and everyday errands
Barnett Park, at 4801 West Colonial Drive, is the big one for this whole corner of the city: 159 acres run by Orange County, with a free splash pad that runs in timed sessions through the warm months, playgrounds, walking trails, disc golf, and basketball and volleyball courts. The Silver Star Recreation Center adds a second public option nearby, with programs and a workout room. On the southern edge of the area, the Central Florida Fairgrounds and the Orlando Amphitheater, at 4603 West Colonial Drive, host the Central Florida Fair each spring plus concerts through the year; the fairgrounds sit only about 3 minutes from The Clue House.
For fitness, there is a 24-hour Planet Fitness out on Silver Star Road toward Ocoee, along with the usual chain gyms, LA Fitness and EOS among them, on West Colonial. If a free option fits the month better, Barnett Park's recreation center and the Silver Star Recreation Center both run fitness rooms and drop-in programs. Rene's Dynamic Sports Center, also on Silver Star Road, is the local option for boxing or martial arts. Pharmacies are easy to find: the Walmart on Princeton Street plus CVS and Walgreens along Silver Star Road and Pine Hills Road cover prescriptions and everyday errands without a special trip. The nearest hospitals for anything urgent are AdventHealth Orlando to the east and Orlando Health Health Central in Ocoee to the west; the drive time from each Rosemont home to AdventHealth Orlando is in the section above.
None of this requires leaving the immediate area for more than a few minutes. Silver Star Road, Pine Hills Road and West Colonial Drive between them cover the supermarket, the pharmacy, the gym and the park, which is part of why guests on a month-long stay tend to settle in here without needing to learn a second part of the city just to run errands.
The Clue House and WinterPark Home
The Clue House is the larger of the two: six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room to sleep fifteen. Inside, the kitchen has been redone with gray shaker cabinets and stone counters, the bathroom has a double-sink vanity and a tiled walk-in shower, and the floors are tile throughout. It has full-size in-unit laundry, a ceiling fan and a wall-mounted TV in every bedroom, and a desk set up for working from home. A handful of bedrooms carry leftover decor from a mystery-game theme, each one styled after a character from a classic whodunit board game; on a work or family stay, guests mostly notice it as a talking point rather than anything that gets in the way. The house sits on a fenced lot with a private driveway, and, like most of the portfolio, it is an older concrete-block home with some wear on the exterior paint and the lawn.
WinterPark Home is the compact option: three bedrooms, one bathroom, and room for up to eight. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white quartz-look counters with a tile backsplash, and it comes stocked with cookware, dishes and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and an LED-lit vanity, and the living area is furnished with a sectional and a wall-mounted TV. It is the one home in this cluster with a screened porch, set up with patio seating and a grill, plus a private concrete driveway. A community park with a playground and courts is a short walk from the front door, which is part of why families and returning clinicians book it for a season at a time. The front door itself locks with a keypad rather than a traditional key, so arrival is a code sent ahead of check-in rather than a key exchange.
Bed counts differ from bedroom counts at both houses, which is worth knowing before you book. The Clue House has six bedrooms furnished across seven beds, which is how it comfortably splits between a crew, a reunion, or two or three clinicians on the same contract who each want their own room. WinterPark Home has three bedrooms across four beds, closer to what a single family or a pair of colleagues needs for a month. Both are furnished with linens, a stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer from day one, with the exact inclusions confirmed in writing when you book.
Who stays in Rosemont
Both homes are tagged for travel nurses and medical staff, relocation and long-stay guests, insurance displacement housing, corporate and business stays, and family vacations. Past that overlap, each house leans a little differently. The Clue House, with six bedrooms and a desk, also does work for reunions and groups, traveling teams, work crews who need parking and a kitchen for everyone, and remote workers who want a real desk for the month. WinterPark Home, smaller and quieter, is the one we point snowbirds and families of a patient toward when the AdventHealth Altamonte side of town is the priority.
Carolyn, who stayed at WinterPark Home in March 2025, wrote: 'A few of my colleagues and I had the pleasure of staying here for a work trip to the Orlando area. The location was perfect for us. The place was beautiful and just what we needed for our short stay. Michelle was amazing as well. She goes above and beyond in regard to communication to ensure our stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out.' At The Clue House, Marc, staying in February 2026, put it more plainly: 'Just needed a place to lay our heads for a few hours. quick and easy to get to. spacious.'
What guests said about WinterPark Home
WinterPark Home carries 59 reviews on Airbnb at a 4.79 rating, and The Clue House carries 61 at 4.86. Below are real reviews from WinterPark Home's own listing, with the reviewer's name and the month they stayed.
"Súper recomendable para familias grande yo lugar muy acogedor Tranquilo limpio y seguro"
"Michelle war immer erreichbar und hat unser Problem gelöst, wenn wir eins hatten. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt! Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist hervorragend."
"Ido like this home is nice and clean Eveithing it whas good thank you for let me stay there"
"Great stay! The hosts were amazing—very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The place was exactly as described and shown in the listing, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Would definitely stay again!"
A theme across both houses' reviews is how often the host's responsiveness comes up before anything about the house itself. That matters here in particular: a two-home cluster on the edge of two neighborhoods only works if questions about which side of Rosemont fits your commute get answered fast.
Practical notes for a Rosemont stay

Inside Rosemont itself, the roads you will use most, Clarcona-Ocoee Road and US-441, are free of tolls. If your stay also takes you onto SR-408 toward downtown's east side or the stadium district, that road is tolled by transponder or by plate, so a SunPass or E-PASS is worth having if you are here for more than a few weeks. Orlando's rush hours add time to the longer routes on this list, particularly the runs to Universal and the airport, so building in a buffer for the AdventHealth Altamonte or Camping World Stadium drive during the morning and evening peaks is worth doing before you commit to a start time.
