Furnished corporate housing in Orlando, by the month
Whole-home stays for relocating employees, project teams, and extended business travel, without the extended-stay hotel.
New hires in temporary housing, employees on multi-month projects, and teams that need somewhere better than a hotel: Libema offers furnished single-family homes across Orlando at monthly rates. A house with a kitchen, a yard, and privacy costs less than a long hotel stay and feels like somewhere you can actually work and rest. See our corporate housing pages for the region's largest employers and the drive time from every home.

What a corporate stay looks like here
The person who books a corporate stay is rarely the person who sleeps in it. A relocation coordinator, an office manager, a project lead or a travel desk sends us the brief: who is coming, for how long, which office or site they will commute to, and who is paying. We answer with two or three homes, the drive time from each to that office, real photos and the plain facts, and we can usually do it the same day. Once the coordinator picks, we write the agreement, invoice monthly, and the employee arrives to a furnished house with the arrival notes already in their inbox.
The stays fall into a few shapes. A new hire relocating from out of state takes one to three months of temporary housing while house-hunting, often with a partner and sometimes with children and a dog. A project team of three to six people takes one big house for the length of a build, a rollout or an audit and splits it, one monthly rate instead of six hotel rooms. A training cohort or a rotation takes a house for a quarter and swaps the people in it. An executive on a multi-month assignment takes a smaller house alone and works from it between meetings.
What all of them get is the same thing: a whole single-family house on a residential street, furnished and stocked, with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, private parking and a door that locks, at one monthly rate for the house. Our homes are modest, renovated houses in working-class and established neighborhoods on the west, northwest and downtown edges of Orlando. They are not serviced apartments in a tower, and they are far cheaper over a month than a hotel; the trade is a normal Orlando commute, which we print in minutes on every page rather than describe in adjectives.
The homes that work for business travel
Six homes are tagged for corporate and business stays, and three of them cover most requests.

The Meet & Play House in Malibu Groves is the newest-built house in the portfolio and the one with the most workspace: desks and office chairs in two of its three bedrooms, a kitchen island with seating, a dining table for six, two bathrooms with walk-in tile showers, and a game room with a pool table for the evenings. It is about 9 minutes from downtown and about 12 from Universal, and its Airbnb rating is a flat 5.0 across 34 reviews. It suits a small team of two to four, or one executive who wants a proper desk.
The Head Avenue House in Pine Hills is the big one: six bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeping up to fifteen, with a renovated kitchen, a bedroom set up with two beds and a work desk, and a full-size washer and dryer. A project crew or a training cohort of six to ten takes it as one house at one rate. Downtown is about 11 minutes away and AdventHealth Orlando about 12.
The Amelia House in Parramore is the downtown-edge pick for anyone whose office is in the city core, Creative Village or the Orlando Health campus: about 7 minutes to downtown, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fenced backyard. The Katherine House in Lockhart is the quiet northern base for the Maitland, Altamonte and Lake Mary offices; the Dollins House in Washington Shores has four bedrooms for a family relocation; and the Wekiwa House in Hiawassee is the compact two-bedroom with two full bathrooms for one person or a couple on the west side.

The commute to Orlando's office corridors
Orlando's employers are spread across several corridors, and our homes sit on the west, northwest and downtown-edge sides of the city, so the commute depends on which corridor you are headed for. Downtown and Creative Village are the closest: every home is between 6 and 17 minutes by road. The MetroWest offices off Kirkman Road are 7 to 22 minutes. Lockheed Martin's campus on Sand Lake Road is 11 to 24. The Maitland offices are 3 to 18 minutes and the Heathrow and Lake Mary offices up I-4 are 18 to 31. The Orange County Convention Center is 18 to 31, the airport 26 to 39, and the Lake Nona hubs around KPMG Lakehouse are the farthest at 30 to 40. The Central Florida Research Park and UCF's main campus on the east side are 26 to 36 minutes.
Those are typical road-routing times without traffic; Orlando's rush hours add to the longer routes, and I-4 through downtown carries the heaviest volume in the metro. SR-408 and SR-429 are tolled by transponder or plate, so a SunPass or E-PASS pays for itself on a multi-month assignment. The map places each home in its true compass direction from downtown, with distance from the centre showing the drive minutes.

Working from the house
Most corporate guests work at least part of the week from the house, and the homes are set up for it in different ways. Meet. Play. Stay. has desks and office chairs in two bedrooms, so two people can take calls at the same time behind closed doors. The Clue House has a bedroom with two beds and a work desk plus an in-home workspace. Entertainment Home has a kitchen island with seating and a work chair. Everywhere else, the dining table and a quiet bedroom do the job, and every home has Wi-Fi on from the first day.

The rest of what is in the house is the same for every guest, and we confirm the exact list in writing when you book.
Exact inclusions vary a little by home and are confirmed in writing when you book.
A few practical notes for coordinators. Every home has private parking, a driveway, carport or parking pad, so a rental car or a company vehicle is never a garage fee. The kitchens are full kitchens with a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, cookware and dishes, which is the difference between eating well for three months and living on delivery. Laundry is in the house. None of the homes has a pool, and the bed and bath counts on the site are the counts from each home's own listing, with sofas not counted as beds. Six homes publish a street address; for the other six we publish the neighborhood and zip code and share the exact address at booking, which is worth knowing when your travel system asks for an address up front.
Billing, agreements and vendor paperwork
We write the monthly agreement the way your accounts-payable team needs it: in the company's name with the employee as the occupant, or in the employee's name with the company paying. Either way the rate is one figure for the whole house, invoiced per month, with itemized receipts formatted for an expense system, a relocation package or a per-diem report. There are no nightly resort fees, no marketplace service fees and no parking charges on a monthly stay booked directly with us.
For established companies we bill on net-30 terms under a signed agreement or a purchase order; the first booking is paid up front, and after that the invoice cycle is monthly. We provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request, since Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy, and we will complete a standard vendor-onboarding or supplier form if procurement uses one. Tell us early about anything specific your team needs, a cost centre on the invoice or a particular billing date, and we will build it into the agreement rather than fix it afterwards.
Rates are not published on the site because they vary by home and season; the monthly rate, the deposit and the pet policy are confirmed in writing when you inquire, before anyone signs. Extensions run month by month at the same terms, which matters when a project slips or a house purchase falls through. If the house is committed to another guest for the following month, we say so as early as we know.
For placements that involve a staffing agency or an insurer rather than an employer, the same terms apply, and our page for companies, agencies and insurers lays them out desk by desk.
Placing a team across more than one house
A crew or a cohort that is too big for one house can take two or three in the same neighborhood, which keeps the group together and keeps your paperwork to one point of contact with an agreement per house. Pine Hills is where this works best: the Head Avenue House, the Entertainment House, the Cozy House and the Londonderry House are all there, from three to six bedrooms, and together they sleep more than forty. Washington Shores holds the Piedmont House, the Dollins House and the Sunset Lake House a few minutes from downtown and the stadium district.
A rotation works the same way with one house: the agreement covers the house for the period, and the people in it change on a schedule you set. We ask only that you tell us who is arriving and when, so the arrival notes reach the right phone, and that the occupancy stays within the sleeping capacity listed for the home.
Living here for a month
Where an employee shops and eats depends on the cluster, and our four local area guides cover each in detail. From Meet. Play. Stay. the everyday grocery is the Publix at Metro West Village on South Hiawassee Road, and the MetroWest restaurant row on the same road runs from Colombian pastries at Mecatos Bakery & Cafe to birria at Tacos Don Andres and shawarma at Habibi Lebanese Grill, with Teak Neighborhood Grill off Kirkman for a burger and a craft beer. From Amelia’s Arena Retreat the compact Publix at The Paramount on Lake Eola is the downtown grocery, and Church Street and the downtown core cover a client dinner or a quick lunch.

From the Pine Hills and Lockhart homes, the Walmart Supercenter on West Princeton Street is the closest big box, Presidente Supermarket on North Pine Hills Road and the Caribbean Supercenter on West Colonial are the international grocers, and the Caribbean kitchens along Pine Hills Road and West Colonial, Island Jam and Golden Krust among them, are the everyday lunch. For a weekend, Lake Eola Park downtown has a one-mile loop and a Sunday farmers market, Wekiwa Springs State Park is about twenty minutes north of the west-side homes, and the Downtown Orlando YMCA on North Mills Avenue is a full-service gym with two pools.
Getting around is by car for most of the portfolio. The downtown-edge homes are the exception, a short drive from the LYNX Central and Church Street SunRail stations and the free LYMMO bus that circulates the core. Our guide to getting around Orlando for work covers the tolls, the express lanes and the rush-hour patterns.

What business guests said
The reviews below are real, quoted verbatim from Meet. Play. Stay.'s own Airbnb listing with the reviewer's name and the month they stayed. Jim, who stayed at Amelia’s Arena Retreat in April 2026, put the corporate case in one line: 'Rented the place for my workers, really good location for work purposes!' Every home page shows its own reviews and the full wall is on our reviews page.
"Wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious! Michelle was amazing and so pleasant to deal with! Thank you!"
"We had a great time during our stay. Everything was clean and prepared for us before we arrived. The house was also brand new and very spacious. Michelle was always checking up on us to make sure our stay was perfect. I would 100% stay here again anytime I’m in Orlando."
"Very new home with everything you could need. We came in to see a concert and this was very close to the Amphitheater. It was clean, easy in and out with clear instructions. We would stay again if we were in the area again."
"We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and CLEAN! It was perfect for the event we attended at the Amphitheater. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the backyard area as well! :)"
The brief that gets a same-day answer
Coordinators who send these six things usually have homes to choose from within the day.
- Move-in date and length of stay, with the extension risk if there is one.
- Who is coming: how many people, whether a partner or children are joining, and any pet. Several homes accept pets; the policy and deposit are confirmed in writing.
- The office, campus or site they will commute to, so we match the home to the drive. If it is one of the region's large employers, the employer pages already show the drive from every home.
- Who is paying, the company or the employee, and whose name goes on the agreement.
- What matters in the house: a desk, a second bathroom, a garage for a company vehicle, a fenced yard for a dog.
- Your paperwork: a W-9, a certificate of insurance, a vendor form, a purchase order, net-30 terms.
Send that to us with your dates and we come back with two or three homes, real photos, the drive time from each and the plain facts, then confirm the rate and deposit in writing before anyone signs. Three of our guides go deeper: the checklist for booking temporary housing for an employee, the corporate housing checklist, and the case for a house over an extended-stay hotel.

Common questions.
Can you house a team in more than one home?
Yes. We can place several people across nearby homes, which is useful for project crews and phased relocations.
Do you bill the company directly?
We can work with a company or relocation coordinator on billing and provide the paperwork they need. Ask us about your situation.
What's the minimum stay?
Corporate stays are geared to a month or longer. Reach out with your dates and we'll confirm.
Are the homes furnished and connected?
Yes. Furnished, with a stocked kitchen and Wi-Fi, so the house is usable from day one.
Can you put a cost centre or a PO number on the invoice?
Yes. Tell us what your accounts-payable team needs on the invoice when you send the brief and we will set the agreement and the monthly invoices up that way from the start.
Which home has the best workspace?
The Meet & Play House, with desks and office chairs in two bedrooms, a kitchen island with seating and a dining table for six. The Clue House has a bedroom with a work desk and an in-home workspace for a larger group.
Can a relocating employee bring the family and a dog?
Yes. The four-bedroom Dollins House and Amelia’s Arena Retreat with its fenced backyard suit a family, and several homes accept pets. The pet policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing before you commit.
How far in advance should a coordinator book?
As early as the dates are known; a month ahead is comfortable, and we can often place someone within a few days when a home is open. Tell us the date and we will say plainly what is available.
Do you handle short business trips as well as monthly stays?
Yes. Nightly and weekly stays run through each home's Airbnb and Vrbo listings or a direct inquiry. Monthly stays are booked directly with us on a written agreement, without marketplace fees.
Is a house really cheaper than an extended-stay hotel for a month?
For a whole house at one monthly rate with no nightly resort fees, parking charges or marketplace fees, it usually is, and the house has a full kitchen and laundry a hotel room does not. We confirm the exact rate in writing so your team can compare it with the hotel quote directly.
Tell us your dates and what brings you to Orlando.
We'll point you to the homes that fit, usually the same day. Nights, weeks or months.
