Short-term house rentals in Orlando, by the night, the week or the month
Thirteen whole houses on the city side of Orlando, bookable for a weekend, a week or a season, with the kitchen, laundry and parking a hotel can't give you.
Short-term rental means different things to different people: a two-night game weekend, a ten-day park trip, a 13-week contract, a winter. Our homes handle all of them, but the booking path differs by length. Nightly and weekly stays run through our Airbnb and Vrbo listings or a direct inquiry; monthly stays run on a written monthly agreement with us. Here is how the three lengths compare.
Nights
Weekends and short trips, booked on Airbnb or Vrbo with the platform's payment and protection, or by inquiry.
Weeks
Park trips, tournaments and project weeks, at weekly pricing through the same channels.
Months
Work stays, relocations and seasons on a written monthly agreement with one rate and receipts.
Always a whole house
Whatever the length, you get the entire house, its kitchen, its laundry and its driveway.
A short stay, day to day
A short stay at one of our houses can be one night before a flight out of Orlando International, a long weekend around a game at Camping World Stadium, a ten-day family trip built around the theme parks, or a couple of project weeks for a small work team. Whatever the length, the booking works the same way: you pick the dates, you get a confirmation with the address or the neighborhood and zip, and a few days before you arrive we send arrival notes with the door code or the lockbox location. You let yourself in. There is no front desk, no elevator, and no stranger's luggage in the hallway.
From there the house is yours for the length of the booking. You park in your own driveway, carport or parking pad instead of circling a garage, and you cook in a stocked kitchen instead of eating every meal out. For a stay of a week or more that changes the trip: a full-size refrigerator and your own stove make a real difference on a family vacation or a work week, and a washer and dryer in the house means a game-weekend bag of clothes does not have to come home dirty. Every home includes furniture, beds and linens, a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and private parking, confirmed in writing when you book.
Checkout at the end of a short stay is as plain as check-in: you leave the keys or reset the lockbox the way the arrival notes describe, and that is it. If your plans change mid-trip, extra nights get added to the same booking when the calendar allows it, and if a short visit turns into something longer, you are not locked into a nightly rate for the extra weeks; ask us and we will talk through the monthly option instead. A short stay here is built to feel like staying at a friend's house, not checking into a room.
The homes that fit a short stay
Thirteen houses cover a wide range of short trips: a couple who need a bed and a kitchen for a weekend, a family of five here for the parks, a crew of coworkers on a short project, or a group of ten splitting one address for a tournament or a reunion. Four of the homes below show that range, from a compact three-bedroom bungalow to a six-bedroom house built for a crowd.

The 25th Street House in Holden Heights is a three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow that sleeps 10, about 6 minutes from downtown Orlando, 6 from Camping World Stadium and 13 from Universal. It has full-size laundry on site, a private driveway, a screened front porch, keyless entry and fruit trees in the fenced backyard. It also carries the largest number of guest reviews of any home in the portfolio: 142 on Airbnb at a 4.83 rating.
The Sunset Lake House is the pick for a game or concert weekend: a small three-bedroom, one-bath bungalow under a live oak with a carport, about 2 minutes from Camping World Stadium and 7 from downtown. It sleeps 8 around a dining table for four and a breakfast bar, and it is upfront about the one trade-off: a single bathroom serves all three bedrooms, workable for a two-night trip and worth knowing before you book a full week.
The Meet & Play House in Malibu Groves is the newest-built home in the portfolio: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps 9, with a game room holding a pool table, a dart board and a second table, desks in two of the bedrooms, and an attached garage. It sits about 9 minutes from downtown, 12 from Universal and 6 from Camping World Stadium, a workable middle point for a family that wants both the parks and the city. It holds a perfect 5.0 Airbnb rating across 34 reviews.
The Head Avenue House in Pine Hills is the biggest option: six bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeping up to 15, with full-size in-unit laundry and a desk for anyone who needs to log on during the trip. It is set up as a themed mystery-game house, with each bedroom styled after a character from a classic whodunit board game, a detail groups enjoy, and a plain weekend stay works there just the same. It is about 11 minutes from downtown, 14 from Universal and 8 from Camping World Stadium, and carries 61 reviews at a 4.86 rating.
The drive to downtown, the stadium and the parks
A short stay usually points toward one of four places more than any other: downtown Orlando for work, a courthouse date or a weekend in the city; the stadium and arena district for a game or a concert; Universal for a theme-park trip; and Walt Disney World for the biggest theme-park trip of all. Our homes sit on the west, northwest and downtown edges of Orlando, which puts most of them closer to downtown and the stadium district than to the parks. Every figure below is a typical drive by road without traffic; Orlando's rush hours add to the longer routes.
Camping World Stadium sits at the middle of the west-side cluster, with the Kia Center and Inter.co Stadium a short run further toward downtown. By road and without traffic, the drive from our thirteen homes to Camping World Stadium runs from 2 minutes, from the Sunset Lake House, to 15 minutes, from the Katherine House. The chart below shows every home against that one destination, and the map places each home in its true compass direction from the stadium, with the distance from the centre showing drive minutes rather than miles.

Typical road-routing times without traffic; Orlando rush hours add to the longer routes.
Downtown Orlando runs from 6 minutes, again from Fruit Tree Home, to 17 from the Wekiwa House. Universal runs from 12 minutes, from Meet. Play. Stay., to 26 from WinterPark Home. Walt Disney World is the longest drive in the table for every home: 34 minutes at the short end, from Fruit Tree Home, to 47 at the long end, from WinterPark Home. None of that changes which home suits your trip; it just tells you what to expect on the drive.
What's already in the house
Every home comes with the same baseline, confirmed in writing when you book: furniture, beds and linens, a stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and private parking in a driveway, carport or parking pad. For a stay measured in days rather than months that baseline still does the real work: nobody has to pack a coffee maker, and nobody has to find a laundromat halfway through a week-long trip.
Exact inclusions vary a little by home and are confirmed in writing when you book.
A few homes add something extra worth knowing about before you book. The Meet & Play House has a full game room with a pool table, a dart board and a second table, plus desks in two bedrooms for anyone working during the trip. The Entertainment House in Pine Hills has a foosball table and table tennis in front of a fireplace TV wall, and the Piedmont House has its own foosball table and arcade basketball plus a concrete parking pad that fits several vehicles, useful for a group arriving in more than one car. The Londonderry House has a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, built for a family or a team rather than a couple.
Laundry is full-size and in the house at the 25th Street House, the Head Avenue House, the Cozy House and the Wekiwa House. Kitchens across the portfolio come stocked with cookware and dishes; the Katherine House adds a coffee maker, and Wekiwa Home's cabinets come stocked with glasses and plates as well. None of the thirteen homes has a pool.
Booking a short stay and what you pay
Nightly and weekly stays run through each home's own Airbnb and Vrbo listing, linked from every home page, which means you get that platform's payment handling and guest protection along with the booking. You can also reach us directly by phone at (954) 793-1171 or by email at libemapropertiesllc@gmail.com, and we typically answer the same day with a home that fits your dates and the rate confirmed in writing. Rates are never posted on the site because they change by home and by season; the deposit and, if you are bringing a pet, the pet policy are confirmed the same way.
If a short visit ends up running long, you are not stuck rebooking a string of nightly stays. Tell us and we will move the booking onto a written monthly agreement instead, with one rate for the whole house and itemized receipts, and after that extensions run by the month. Six of our homes publish a street address (the Amelia House, The Clue House, Piedmont, Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando, WinterPark Home and Fruit Tree Home); the other six share the neighborhood and zip on the listing, with the exact address confirmed at booking.
A work team on a short project, a family on a vacation week, and a wedding party splitting one house all book the same way, through the listing or a direct inquiry; billing by purchase order or net-30 invoice is for companies, agencies and insurers on a longer stay, covered on our corporate and business housing page. For a game weekend or a park trip, see our pages on game days and events and family vacations.
Groceries, food and parks for a short visit
A one-night stay rarely needs a grocery run, but a week or a ten-day trip usually does, and where you shop depends on which cluster your home sits in. From the downtown-edge homes, the Amelia House and the 25th Street House, the compact Publix at The Paramount on Lake Eola (400 East Central Boulevard) is the closest full grocery store. From the west-side homes near the stadium, the Walmart Supercenter on West Princeton Street and Presidente Supermarket on North Pine Hills Road are the nearest big stores, with the soul-food kitchens along Orange Blossom Trail close by for a night you don't want to cook.

Lake Eola Park is the easiest outdoor stop for a short downtown stay: a roughly one-mile sidewalk loop around the lake, the resident swans, pedal-powered swan boats to rent, and a Sunday farmers market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For the west-side homes, Lake Lorna Doone Park, just north of Camping World Stadium, reopened in 2021 with a walking loop, outdoor fitness stations and a splash pad, and it sits about two minutes from the Sunset Lake House. If a game or concert is the reason for the trip, the stadium and arena district's own event calendar is the plan for the evening.

Getting around a short stay is by car for most of the portfolio, with private parking included at every home so there is nothing extra to arrange. The exception is the downtown edge, where the LYNX Central and Church Street SunRail stations and the free LYMMO bus put Amelia’s Arena Retreat and Fruit Tree Home within reach of downtown without driving at all.
What guests said about a short stay
The reviews below are real, pulled verbatim from the homes' own Airbnb listings with the reviewer's name and the month they stayed; the full set for every home is on our reviews page.
"I enjoyed our stay at Michelle's. Everything was clean and nicely decorated."
"Everything was great during our stay! Accommodated a large group of people and had no issues."
"It was a great place to stay. Beds were confortable and there was enough room for all of us"
Game-day trips get their own mentions. Isiah, who stayed at the Dollins House in May 2026, wrote: 'We stayed at Michelle’s place for an event at the camping world stadium. This is a perfect spot location wise for it. It’s about a 15 minute walk and a 2 minute drive to the stadium. It has a private feel to it and is very solid for big groups.'
A short-stay planning checklist
A few questions, answered before you book, make a short stay easier from the moment you arrive.
- How many nights. Check the calendar on the home's Airbnb or Vrbo listing for the dates and any minimum-night rule, or ask us directly and we will tell you the same day.
- How many people. Match the group to a home's sleep count rather than its bedroom count; a sofa is never counted as a bed in our listings.
- Whether you need a car. Outside the downtown edge you will want one, though private parking is included everywhere so that part is already settled.
- A pet, if you're bringing one. Several homes accept pets; the policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing before you commit.
- Whether the trip might grow. If a few nights could become a few weeks, say so early; we can talk through the monthly option before you ever have to ask.
- The plain parts. Every home page has a section on what to know before you book: older houses, a single bathroom in some homes, a neighborhood that is residential rather than polished. We describe them as they are.

Common questions.
Do you rent by the night?
Yes, through our Airbnb and Vrbo listings, which are linked on each home page, or by inquiry.
Which is cheaper, nightly or monthly?
For 30 or more nights, the monthly rate is almost always better value. For a few nights, the nightly rate on the listing is the price.
Do the same house rules apply?
Yes. Registered guests only, no parties or events, respect for the neighbors, and the guest count on the booking.
If my short stay runs long, can it become a monthly booking?
Yes. Tell us before your nightly or weekly stay ends and we will move the booking onto a written monthly agreement instead, at one rate for the whole house with itemized receipts. After that, extensions run by the month. There is no penalty for switching partway through a stay, and the same house stays yours if the calendar allows it.
Do I need a car for a short stay?
For most of the portfolio, yes; every home includes private parking in a driveway, carport or parking pad, so that part is already solved. The exception is the downtown edge: Amelia’s Arena Retreat and Fruit Tree Home are close to the LYNX Central and Church Street SunRail stations and the free LYMMO bus, which cover downtown without a car.
Is a deposit required for a nightly or weekly stay?
Deposit terms are set by each home's Airbnb or Vrbo listing, and the platform's own payment and protection apply to that booking. If you book directly with us instead, the deposit and any pet policy are confirmed in writing before you commit, alongside the rate, which we never publish on the site.
Can I bring a pet on a short trip?
Several of our homes accept pets. The policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing before you book, whether that is through the home's Airbnb or Vrbo listing or a direct inquiry to us. Tell us about the pet when you first reach out so we can point you to a home that fits.
Which homes are closest to Camping World Stadium for a game weekend?
By road without traffic, City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes is about 2 minutes away, Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando about 3, and Amelia’s Arena Retreat about 4. The Kia Center and Inter.co Stadium sit in the same downtown-edge district, so a home picked for one event usually works for the others too.
Is there a minimum number of nights?
Minimum-night rules vary by home and by season and are set on each home's Airbnb or Vrbo calendar. If you don't see the dates you want, ask us directly by phone or email; we answer the same day and can point you to a home whose calendar fits your dates.
Tell us your dates and what brings you to Orlando.
We'll point you to the homes that fit, usually the same day. Nights, weeks or months.
