A house minutes from the fairgrounds for the fair, the concerts and the festivals
The fairgrounds on West Colonial Drive host the Central Florida Fair every spring, concerts at the Orlando Amphitheater and a run of cultural festivals. Four of our homes are on the same side of town.
01Central Florida Fairgrounds
The Central Florida Fairgrounds are the exhibition grounds on West Colonial Drive, west of downtown. The Central Florida Fair, with its midway, livestock shows and food, takes over the grounds for eleven days each late winter or early spring: February 26 to March 8 in 2026, and March 4 to 14 in 2027.
The Orlando Amphitheater on the grounds is an outdoor venue with a capacity of about ten thousand that books touring acts and electronic-music festivals through the year, and the halls host the Tet Festival in February, gun and craft shows, and community events most weekends.
Entertainment Home is our closest home; Cozy Home, The Clue House and BlueEarth are minutes further. A house lets a family do the fair in the evening and a park the next morning from the same beds.

- Fair parking is on the grounds and fills on weekend evenings; weeknights are easier.
- Amphitheater shows end late; a house a few minutes away means no long drive after.
- Chinatown Orlando's restaurants are a mile west on the same road for dinner before an event.
