About the site
This site provides information about furnished homes offered by Libema Properties LLC for short and extended stays. Photographs show our actual homes. Bed, bath and guest counts are as published in each home's listing. Availability, pricing, furnishings, and specific home details vary and are confirmed at the time of booking. Drive times are road-routing estimates without traffic. Descriptions are provided in good faith but are not a warranty.
Bookings are a separate agreement
Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or a tenancy. A monthly stay is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Libema Properties LLC, which controls in the event of any conflict with this site. A nightly or weekly stay booked through Airbnb or Vrbo is governed by that platform's terms and the listing's house rules.
House rules that apply to every stay
Our homes are in residential neighborhoods. The guest count on the booking is the guest count in the house; no parties or events; registered guests only; quiet after dark; and respect for neighbors. Damage beyond normal wear is the responsibility of the booking adult.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape or copy its content without permission. All site content, including text, photographs, and the Libema Properties name and logo, is owned by Libema Properties LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Third-party names
Employers, hospitals, universities, theme parks, venues, sports teams and booking platforms are named on this site so guests can find housing near them. Their names and marks belong to their owners; Libema Properties LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Statements about insurance "Additional Living Expense," stipends or per-diem are general information; confirm your specific situation with your insurer, adjuster, employer, or agency.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libema Properties LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
