Booking and stays
What's the minimum stay?
Monthly stays are our core, and they extend by the month. Nightly and weekly stays are also available through our Airbnb and Vrbo listings or by inquiring directly; the minimum for a short stay varies by home and season.
What's included?
Furniture, beds and linens, a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and private parking. Exact inclusions vary by home and are confirmed in writing when you book.
How is billing handled?
One clear rate with a written agreement and receipts. We can work with a travel agency, an employer or relocation coordinator, or an insurance adjuster on documentation.
Do you allow pets?
Several homes do. Tell us about your pet and we'll confirm the policy and any deposit in writing before you commit.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Extending a monthly stay is straightforward, which matters when an assignment, a repair or a house-hunt runs long.
Are the addresses published?
For the homes photographed by our MLS photographer, yes. For the others we publish the neighborhood and zip code, and share the exact address when you book.
Do the homes have pools?
No. They are residential houses without pools.
Are the bed and bath counts real?
Yes. They are the counts published in each home's own listing, and sofas are not counted as beds.
Travel Nurse & Medical the page
