Furnished Orlando rentals with a desk and a door that closes
Two homes with dedicated desks and office chairs, and ten more with a dining table and a quiet bedroom, all with Wi-Fi and a monthly rate.
A work-from-home stay lives or dies on the desk and the door. Meet. Play. Stay. has desks and office chairs in two bedrooms; The Clue House has an in-home workspace. The other homes have a dining table and a bedroom you can close off for calls. All thirteen have Wi-Fi, private parking, and a kitchen so lunch is not a drive-through, and all rent by the month.
Dedicated desks
Desks and office chairs in two bedrooms at Meet. Play. Stay., and a workspace at The Clue House.
A door that closes
Separate bedrooms at every home, so calls happen behind a door and not in a studio.
Wi-Fi at every home
We confirm the setup at the home you choose before you book.
Monthly rates
One monthly figure for the whole house, with extensions by the month.
A workday inside one of these three houses
A stay built around work tends to run the same way most days. Coffee comes from your own kitchen instead of a hotel lobby urn, the laptop opens at a desk or the dining table, and the house is quiet because nobody else has a room down the hall. At the Head Avenue House that quiet comes from six bedrooms spread through a single-story ranch, so people on the same project can each close a door and take a call without talking over each other. At the Meet & Play House, two of the three bedrooms already have a desk and an office chair, and the kitchen island seating covers a working lunch when the dining table for six is busy. At the Wekiwa House, the smallest of the thirteen homes, one person or a couple runs the whole day from the dining table for four and the king bedroom, with a second full bathroom, useful when the house is not being run by just one person.
The middle of the day looks similar at all three houses: lunch cooked in a full kitchen instead of picked up on a break, laundry started between calls instead of saved for a weekend trip to a laundromat, and a car parked in a private driveway, garage or carport instead of circling a block. None of the three is polished the way a corporate-apartment brochure promises. The Clue House and Wekiwa Home are plain, renovated single-family houses in working-class Orlando neighborhoods, and each home page lists what is worth knowing before you book, an older kitchen, a compact layout, a single-story floor plan, so nothing about the house is a surprise on arrival day. Meet. Play. Stay. is the newest build in the portfolio, and even there the details stay plain: the landscaping is still young, the yard is plain grass, the game room uses colored LED cove lighting, and the furnishings are simple and practical.
The three houses are not identical, and the differences matter more on a longer stay than a weekend one. The Clue House is an older concrete-block ranch; the exterior paint and driveway show some wear, which is typical of the Pine Hills homes in our portfolio. Meet. Play. Stay. is the newest build we have, so the landscaping around it is still young and the yard is plain grass rather than anything established. Wekiwa Home is older too, with a small front yard of shrubs rather than a lawn. None of that changes what happens inside: beds are made, the kitchen works, and the Wi-Fi is confirmed before you arrive.

The Head Avenue House sits in the Pine Hills and Rosemont area of northwest Orlando, at a published address, with six bedrooms, three bathrooms and room to sleep fifteen. The kitchen was renovated with gray shaker cabinets, stone countertops and stainless appliances, the floors are tile throughout, and there is a full-size washer and dryer in the house along with the desk that gives this page its name. It runs about 11 minutes to downtown Orlando, 10 to Creative Village, 12 to AdventHealth Orlando and 21 to the Orange County Convention Center.
The Meet & Play House is the newest-built home in the portfolio, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in the Malibu Groves pocket of west Orlando. Two of the three bedrooms have a desk and an office chair, the kitchen has an island with seating and a dining table for six, and there is a proper laundry room and an attached garage. It runs about 9 minutes to downtown Orlando, 10 to Creative Village, 12 to Universal and 19 to the Convention Center.
The Wekiwa House is the compact option: two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in Hiawassee, the farthest west of our home areas. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two full beds, and a full-size washer and dryer and a dining table for four round out the house. It runs about 17 minutes to downtown Orlando, 17 to Creative Village, 16 to AdventHealth Orlando and 26 to the Convention Center, a quieter, more spread-out trade for the extra distance.
All three of these homes are tagged for remote work and corporate business stays in our own booking system. The Clue House and Wekiwa Home are also tagged for relocation and long-stay employees: The Clue House for a larger household that wants more bedrooms than a studio or a one-bedroom apartment offers, and Wekiwa Home for one or two people who want a smaller, quieter house while they settle in. If none of the three matches your headcount, our full list of thirteen homes ranges from the two-bedroom Wekiwa House up to the six-bedroom Head Avenue House, and every one of them has private parking and a real kitchen.
The drive to downtown Orlando and Creative Village
Creative Village, where UCF's and Valencia's downtown campuses share ground with the EA Orlando game studio and a run of office buildings, is a common work destination for these three homes: a project employee based there is looking at 10 minutes from The Clue House, 10 from Meet. Play. Stay. and 17 from Wekiwa Home, by road and without traffic. Downtown Orlando's City Hall marks a similar run: 11, 9 and 17 minutes from the same three homes. Across all thirteen of our homes, both Creative Village and downtown Orlando fall between 6 and 17 minutes. Getting there is a straight run on SR-408 or I-4 from all three homes; downtown's two SunRail stations and the free LYMMO bus are downtown-side conveniences that these three west-and-northwest-side houses cannot reach without a drive first.

If your project runs through the Orange County Convention Center or a contract near Lockheed Martin's Sand Lake Road campus, the numbers shift: the Convention Center is 19 minutes from Meet. Play. Stay., 21 from The Clue House and 26 from Wekiwa Home, and Lockheed Martin is 15, 17 and 23 minutes from the same three. Here is how all thirteen homes compare on three destinations at once.

What's set up for work inside the house
Everything in the house is built around not having to leave for basic things, and we confirm the exact list in writing before you book.
Exact inclusions vary a little by home and are confirmed in writing when you book.
Beyond that list, each of the three homes has its own working detail. The desk at The Clue House sits in a house with tile floors running throughout and a double-sink bathroom vanity, useful when more than one person is getting ready in the morning. At Meet. Play. Stay., the two desks share the house with a kitchen island with seating and a dining table for six, so the group eating together does not have to touch the workspaces; there is also a covered back patio with wicker seating, useful for a call you would rather take outside, and a fenced backyard with cornhole for after the laptop closes. Wekiwa Home keeps it simpler: a dining table for four, a vaulted living room with a wall-mounted TV, and two full bathrooms.
Laundry is worth calling out on its own. The Clue House has a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, Meet. Play. Stay. has a dedicated laundry room, and Wekiwa Home has a full-size washer and dryer as well, which matters more on a four-week or eight-week stay than it ever does on a weekend trip.
Booking and billing for a work stay
Guests who book one of these three homes for work tend to fall into a few groups: a relocating employee ahead of a lease, a project team on a fixed assignment, a government or contract employee on a temporary order, or a remote worker who wants a season in Orlando without signing an apartment lease. The paperwork is the same shape for all of them. We confirm the monthly rate, the deposit and the pet policy in writing before you book, and you sign a written monthly agreement that names the home, the dates and the rate.
If your employer, agency or a relocation coordinator is paying, the agreement can be written in their name with you as the occupant, and we invoice monthly with an itemized receipt. We provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request, since Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy. Established companies, agencies and insurers can be billed on net-30 terms under a signed agreement or a purchase order, with the first booking paid up front. A government or per-diem traveler on that kind of order should also look at our government and per-diem housing page, which covers the same three homes from that angle, and a company placing more than one employee at a time should see the corporate housing page.
For a shorter visit, a single meeting trip or a site visit ahead of the real assignment, all three homes are also bookable by the night or the week through their Airbnb and Vrbo listings; the monthly agreement is specifically for stays of a month or longer. Extensions run by the month: if a project or assignment stretches past its first end date, tell us as soon as you know, and we extend the agreement at the same terms for another month. If the home is already committed to someone else the following month, we say so early rather than let you find out on the last week of your stay.
Living near each house for a month
Day-to-day errands depend on which of the three homes you book, and our local area guides go deeper on each cluster. From the Head Avenue House in Pine Hills, Presidente Supermarket on North Pine Hills Road is the closest Latin grocer, and Barnett Park on West Colonial Drive has walking trails and courts for a break between meetings. From the Meet & Play House in Malibu Groves, the Publix at Metro West Village on South Hiawassee Road is the everyday grocery run, and Mecatos Bakery & Cafe on the same road is the closest sit-down coffee stop for a change of scene from the desk. From the Wekiwa House in Hiawassee, the same Metro West Village Publix covers groceries, and West Oaks Mall in Ocoee is the area's enclosed shopping option. Pharmacies and everyday errands are covered too: CVS and Walgreens sit along Silver Star Road and Pine Hills Road near The Clue House, and the Publix and Walmart near the Meet & Play and Wekiwa houses both have pharmacy counters.
For a break at the end of the day, Lake Eola Park downtown is about 12 minutes from The Clue House, 11 from Meet. Play. Stay. and 18 from Wekiwa Home, with a roughly one-mile sidewalk loop around the water. Wekiwa Springs State Park, a clear 72-degree spring where you can swim or rent a canoe, is about 18 minutes from Wekiwa Home. All three homes are a drive-everywhere setup: SR-408 and I-4 are the spines of the commute, both roads are tolled, and a SunPass or E-PASS transponder is worth having for a stay of more than a few weeks.
What guests said about staying here to work
The reviews below are real, pulled from each home's own Airbnb listing, with the reviewer's name and the month they stayed.
"The house was great and clean would recommend"
"Great Stay! Thank you for hosting! Would definitely book again!"
"My stay was very good. Close to everywhere without the traffic. My family and I was safe and felt at home."
At Meet. Play. Stay., Cristina, who stayed in July 2026, wrote: 'Absolute great stay. The place was clean. I had everything I needed to make it a long-term stay. I was in this Airbnb for 30 days.' That is close to the exact use case this page is built around. At Wekiwa Home, Santiago, who stayed in July 2026, wrote: 'Michelle’s place is in a great location you can get anywhere around Orlando in 20 minutes. She responds to any questions or concerns immediately. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Close to restaurants and stores would definitely recommend her place.' The full wall of reviews for all three homes is on our reviews page.
Before you book, a workspace checklist
A few details make booking one of these three homes for work go smoothly.
- Who is paying. You directly, your employer, an agency or a relocation coordinator. It decides whose name goes on the agreement and where the monthly invoice goes.
- How many people, and for how long. A larger group works better at The Clue House, where six bedrooms give everyone a door to close; a household of one or two fits Wekiwa Home.
- Your connectivity needs. Video calls, large file transfers or a second monitor setup are all worth mentioning before you book so we can confirm the connection at the home you choose.
- A car. All three homes are a drive to Creative Village, downtown and the Convention Center; every home has private parking, so the only ongoing cost is the toll on SR-408 or I-4.
- A pet, if you have one. Several of our homes accept pets, and the policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing before you commit.
- The plain parts. Read the 'worth knowing before you book' section on the home page you are considering. These are working houses, plain and practical rather than styled for a brochure, and we would rather you knew that going in.
Send us that list with your dates and we typically reply the same day with a monthly rate, a deposit figure and real photos of the home that fits.
More reading for remote and corporate stays
Two of our guides go deeper on this exact question: what to check before booking a month in Orlando to work remotely, and what an HR or relocation coordinator should settle before booking housing for an employee.

Working Remotely From Orlando for a Month
What a remote worker should check before booking a month in Orlando, which of our homes have a real desk, and how to spend the hours after the laptop closes.

What to Look for in Corporate Housing
A practical checklist for booking furnished monthly housing near an Orlando worksite, written for HR teams, relocation coordinators, and the employees who move in.
Read →If you are a government employee or contractor on a per-diem order, our government and per-diem housing page covers the paperwork side of that specifically. Interns and visiting students working out of Orlando for a summer or a semester should see our student and intern housing page, which points to some of the same homes. And if your search started with a broader move rather than a single project, our relocation and long-stay page is the wider version of this one. Send us your dates, headcount and work location and we will point you to the home that fits, usually the same day.

Common questions.
Which homes have a real desk?
Meet. Play. Stay. (two bedrooms with desks and office chairs) and The Clue House (in-home workspace).
Is the Wi-Fi fast enough for video calls?
Plans vary by home. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm the setup at the house before you book.
Can I bring a second monitor?
Yes; the desks are standard depth. Tell us and we'll suggest the room with the most desk space.
Can a small project team split one house and each have a room to work from?
Yes. The Clue House has six bedrooms and three bathrooms, giving a project team room to spread out with a door to close for calls. Meet. Play. Stay. has three bedrooms, two of them with a desk and office chair. We write one monthly agreement for the house and can itemize receipts by person if each of you needs to submit them separately.
Is there a separate home office, or do I work from a bedroom?
None of the three homes has a stand-alone office room. At The Clue House the desk is set up in a bedroom; at Meet. Play. Stay. two bedrooms have a desk and chair. At Wekiwa Home the dining table for four is the workspace. Every bedroom in all three homes has a door that closes for calls.
Can my employer or staffing agency be billed directly for the stay?
Yes. We write the monthly agreement in the company's or agency's name with you as the occupant, invoice monthly, and provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request, since Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy. Established companies, agencies and insurers can be billed on net-30 terms under a signed agreement or purchase order, with the first booking paid up front.
How far are these three homes from Creative Village and downtown Orlando?
By road and without traffic: Meet. Play. Stay. is about 9 minutes from downtown Orlando and 10 from Creative Village. The Clue House is about 11 minutes from downtown and 10 from Creative Village. Wekiwa Home, in Hiawassee, the farthest west of our four home areas, is about 17 minutes from both. Orlando's rush hours add to all three routes.
Which of the three suits one person working alone for a month?
Wekiwa Home. It is the smallest of the thirteen homes, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a king bed, and a dining table for four to work from. It sits about 17 minutes from downtown Orlando and 16 from AdventHealth Orlando, on a quiet street in Hiawassee.
Can I extend if the project runs longer than planned?
Yes, by the month. Tell us as soon as you know the project is running long and we extend the written agreement at the same terms for another month. If the home is already booked for the following month we say so early, so you are not searching for a new house at the last minute.
Tell us your dates and what brings you to Orlando.
We'll point you to the homes that fit, usually the same day. Nights, weeks or months.
