Libema Properties LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website and to find a home with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.

What we do

• Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images;
• Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and galleries, including the mega menu and the photo viewer;
• Readable color contrast and text that scales;
• Support for reduced-motion preferences, including the moving word band and the reveal animations.

The homes themselves

Most of our homes are single-story, but they are older residential houses without accessibility retrofits. If you need step-free access, a roll-in shower or other features, tell us and we will be honest about which home fits.
