Hilton Grand Vacations' MetroWest headquarters sits on the west side of Orlando, and it is within a reasonable drive of every home in the portfolio: the range runs from about 7 minutes to about 22. Meet. Play. Stay., in Malibu Groves, is the closest at about 7 minutes. Piedmont in Washington Shores, Entertainment Home in Pine Hills and Cozy Home, also in Pine Hills, are each about 8 minutes behind it, and The Clue House is about 9. Past that leading group, Amelia’s Arena Retreat and City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes are both about 11 minutes, Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando, Downtown & Stadium Cozy Retreat and Wekiwa Home are each about 12, Fruit Tree Home is about 13, and WinterPark Home, up in Lockhart, is about 22.

That spread is the full range for this campus across the thirteen homes. It means a company housing more than one employee at a time is not limited to a single house: someone who wants the shortest drive can take Meet. Play. Stay., while a bigger training cohort that needs more bedrooms can spread across the Piedmont or Entertainment houses and still keep the commute under 10 minutes. Even the homes on the far side of the metro, Amelia’s Arena Retreat on the downtown edge and WinterPark Home up in Lockhart, stay inside a normal commute rather than crossing into a different part of the city.

Every figure on this page is a typical drive time without traffic. SR-408 and Kirkman Road carry enough capacity that the west-side numbers hold up well outside the morning and evening peaks, but a shift that starts or ends during rush hour should build in a few extra minutes on any of these routes, and more on the longer drives from Lockhart or downtown.

05Where the homes sit around the MetroWest offices

The map places each home in its true compass direction from the offices, with distance from the centre standing in for drive time rather than miles. The West Orlando homes, the Meet & Play, Piedmont, Dollins, Sunset Lake and Wekiwa houses, sit closest, all within 12 minutes. The Northwest Orlando homes, the Head Avenue, Entertainment, Cozy, Londonderry and Katherine houses, spread wider: three of the five are within 9 minutes, Downtown & Stadium Cozy Retreat runs to 12, and WinterPark Home, farthest north in Lockhart, posts the longest drive to this campus of the thirteen homes at 22 minutes. The Downtown Orlando and South of Downtown homes, the Amelia and 25th Street houses, sit on the other side of the metro from the offices, at 11 and 13 minutes.

South Hiawassee Road and Kirkman Road are the local spine for the west-side homes, running a few minutes south into the office corridor from both Malibu Groves and Washington Shores. From Pine Hills, SR-408, the East-West Expressway, carries the trip west before Kirkman Road or Hiawassee Road turns it south. SR-408 is a toll road, collected by transponder or by plate; anyone driving the corridor into MetroWest most days is better off with a SunPass or E-PASS than paying the by-plate rate on every trip. The Katherine, Amelia and 25th Street houses sit on the far side of the metro from the offices, which is reflected in their higher numbers on this page: the trip simply crosses more of the city before it reaches the west side.

06A month working near Hilton Grand Vacations

The offices draw a mix of people who need housing measured in weeks, not nights. A new hire relocating to a headquarters role often wants a month or two before committing to a lease. A sales or contact-center cohort comes in together for a training course and needs enough bedrooms in one house, or two houses close together, to keep everyone a short drive from the same building. An IT or finance project team wants a base near the office with a real desk and dependable internet for the length of the project. Resort operations staff sent to Orlando on a temporary assignment need much the same things a travel nurse needs: a private bedroom, a kitchen and laundry, without a lease to sign and then break early.

A written monthly agreement is the core of how this works: it names the home, the dates, the rate and the deposit, so a relocating employee or a project lead has something concrete for HR or a manager to process. If an assignment runs longer than planned, extensions go month by month at the same terms; tell us as soon as it looks like happening and we will hold the following month where we can. For a stay under a month, a short training course or a site visit, nightly and weekly bookings through each home's own Airbnb and Vrbo listing cover it without the longer agreement.

A relocating employee bringing a family rather than moving alone changes which house fits best. A four-bedroom or six-bedroom house gives children their own rooms and a yard to be in after a day of school visits and house-hunting, which a hotel suite cannot match. The written agreement works the same way for a family as it does for a single employee: one rate, one deposit, and month-by-month extensions if settling into a permanent home takes longer than expected.

Meet. Play. Stay., in Malibu Groves, is the closest at about 7 minutes. It is the newest-built house in the portfolio: a three-bedroom, two-bath house that sleeps up to nine, with a desk and an office chair in two of the bedrooms, a laundry room, an attached garage and a fenced backyard. For a project team splitting time between the office and a laptop at home, the two desks are the reason this house comes up first. Piedmont, in Washington Shores, is about 8 minutes away: four bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for up to fourteen, with a concrete parking pad out front big enough for several vehicles, which matters when a training cohort arrives in more than one car. Entertainment Home, also about 8 minutes and just over in Pine Hills, is a three-bedroom house plus a bonus room, sleeping up to eleven, with an attached one-car garage and a foosball table and table tennis for downtime after a shift.

Past these three, most of the west and northwest Orlando homes stay within about 12 minutes of the offices, so a bigger group is not forced into one house to stay close: Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando and City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes, both in Washington Shores, and Wekiwa Home out toward Hiawassee, all sit at 11 to 12 minutes, and The Clue House and Cozy Home in Pine Hills are 9 and 8. If a relocation involves a family rather than a single employee, Piedmont's four bedrooms or The Clue House's six give more room to spread out than the smaller houses do.

08Billing for a company or a relocation

The agreement can be written the way that fits the situation: to the employee who is moving, to the department covering the cost, or to a relocation coordinator handling the move for the company. Either way it is one written agreement naming the home, the dates, the rate and the deposit, with itemized monthly receipts a manager or an HR office can process for reimbursement or for the company's own books. On request we provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance; Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy, which most corporate accounting departments ask to see before they will cut a check to a new vendor.

For an established company, staffing agency or insurer working from a signed agreement or a purchase order, Net-30 terms are available, so the invoice is paid after the stay rather than before it. An individual employee booking on their own pays for the first month up front, the same as any guest booking directly with us. None of this changes what the house costs or what is in it: the rate, once confirmed in writing, holds for the length of the stay, and an extension is simply the next month at the same terms rather than a fresh negotiation.

Guests let themselves in with keyless entry or a lockbox, and arrival instructions with the code or the key location go out a few days before check-in, so a new employee's first night in Orlando does not depend on anyone from Libema meeting them at the door in person. That matters for a relocation that lands on a weekend or after hours, which plenty of them do.

09Life around the MetroWest corridor

South Hiawassee Road, through the MetroWest office corridor, carries most of a week's meals for the west-side homes: Tacos Don Andres for birria, Habibi Lebanese Grill for shawarma, Marco's Pizza, a sushi spot, and Teak Neighborhood Grill off Kirkman Road for a weekend brunch and a craft-beer list. Mecatos Bakery & Cafe, also on South Hiawassee, is the closest sit-down cafe with real coffee for anyone who wants to work from somewhere other than the house for an afternoon. For groceries, the Publix at Metro West Village on South Hiawassee Road is the nearest full supermarket to the Malibu Groves and Washington Shores homes, with a second Publix on South Kirkman Road close by, so a week's shopping never means a long drive. Malibu Groves itself, home to Meet. Play. Stay., sits south of Old Winter Garden Road and the Central Florida Fairgrounds and just east of Kirkman Road, which is part of why its drive to the offices runs about 7 minutes. Valencia College's West Campus is also a few minutes south on Kirkman Road, worth knowing if a relocating household includes someone taking classes while they settle in.

For time outside the house, Lake Lorna Doone Park, just north of Camping World Stadium, has a walking loop, outdoor fitness stations, a splash pad and a lakeside pavilion, and it sits close to City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes. The stadium and the Kia Center downtown host football, soccer and concerts through the year, and both are a short drive from the west-side homes on the same SR-408 and Kirkman Road routes used for the office commute, handy if a training week happens to overlap with a game or a show. A car is the practical way to get around this side of Orlando; there is no rail transit this far west, though LYNX buses run the main roads for anyone who wants to leave the car at the house for a day.

None of the three has a pool; they are residential houses. Piedmont publishes its street address on the site; Meet. Play. Stay. and Entertainment Home publish a neighborhood and zip code, with the exact address shared once you book. Bed and bathroom counts are the counts in each home's own listing, and a sectional or a sofa is never counted as a bed. Several homes accept pets, and the policy and any deposit are confirmed in writing before you commit.
