01The employer

Bank of America runs an operations and technology center in the Lake Mary corridor, part of a regional footprint of roughly 1,200 people. Like the other big financial employers north of Orlando, it brings project teams, relocating staff and training cohorts through on defined schedules.

03How our homes fit

WinterPark Home in Lockhart is the closest of our homes to the Lake Mary corridor; the drive from each home is listed below. Every home has private parking, a workspace-friendly setup and a written monthly agreement.

04Getting to the Lake Mary campus

The three homes closest to the Bank of America campus are WinterPark Home in Lockhart at 19 minutes, Fruit Tree Home in Holden Heights at 26, and Amelia’s Arena Retreat in Parramore at 27, each timed the way every drive figure on this site is timed: typical road routing without traffic. All three routes lean on the same road. WinterPark Home already sits on the north-running stretch of I-4 that the Lockhart and Rosemont neighborhood pages describe as the quick way up to AdventHealth Altamonte; Lake Mary sits farther up that same corridor. Fruit Tree Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat start a little south of that line, in Holden Heights and Parramore, so the drive threads past or through the downtown core before picking up I-4 north.

Because the route runs through or past downtown for two of the three homes, the time of day matters more than the mileage. A start before the morning rush or a return after the evening rush keeps the drive close to these figures; a departure in the thick of either one can run longer, the way it does on every commute in this metro. Give yourself extra time in the first week or two, until you know how your own hours line up with traffic.

WinterPark Home's drive runs 19 minutes, Fruit Tree Home's 26, and Amelia’s Arena Retreat's 27, close enough to each other that the choice between the three usually comes down to the neighborhood and the house each one sits in.

05Where the closest homes sit around the campus

The map below places Bank of America's Lake Mary campus at the center and each of the three closest homes at its true compass bearing and drive time. WinterPark Home sits in Lockhart, part of the Northwest Orlando cluster and, by its own neighborhood page, a settled community north of the city. Fruit Tree Home sits in Holden Heights, tucked between Orange Blossom Trail and Orange Avenue just south of downtown, and Amelia’s Arena Retreat sits in Parramore, at the western edge of downtown, separated from the office towers by only I-4.

Each home is placed in its true compass direction from Bank of America (Lake Mary); distance from the centre is the drive time by road, not miles.

Each of these neighborhoods has its own page with more on what it's like day to day. Lockhart and the neighboring Rosemont, both home to WinterPark Home's cluster, are quiet and residential with quick interstate access. Holden Heights sits close enough to downtown Orlando and the Orlando Health campus that a nurse or a family often books Fruit Tree Home for that reason alone, not just for the Lake Mary drive. Parramore, where Amelia’s Arena Retreat sits, is the most central of the three, minutes from the Kia Center, Creative Village and the downtown business district. None of the three is walkable to the Lake Mary campus; a car is the only practical way to make this drive, the same as it is for every home on this site.

06The Lake Mary and Heathrow corridor

Bank of America is not the only large employer running an operations or technology campus in this part of Seminole County. Lake Mary and neighboring Heathrow hold a working cluster of back-office and technology campuses for the finance and insurance industry: Chase Card Services and BNY Mellon | Pershing are both based in Lake Mary, JPMorgan Chase and Deloitte sit a few minutes over in Heathrow, and Liberty Mutual and the AAA Auto Club Group add an insurance presence to the same corridor. None of these companies is affiliated with Libema Properties, and this page is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bank of America either; we are an independent housing provider to people who work in the area. The corridor is not only finance and insurance: Concentrix runs a business-services and customer-experience operation in Lake Mary, Verizon has its own Lake Mary office, and Mitsubishi Power Americas is based there too, alongside Bank of America's operations and technology work.

We do not keep a home inside Lake Mary itself. Every stay booked for this campus is one of the thirteen Orlando houses, reached by the drive time and map already shown on this page. If you found this page while researching a different Lake Mary or Heathrow employer, the same three homes are a reasonable starting point; each of those employers has its own page on this site with its own drive figures.

07A month working out of Lake Mary

A relocating operations or technology employee, a project team here for a platform rollout, a training or onboarding cohort, a manager transferring between sites: the first week for any of them usually goes to unpacking and learning the drive above, and by the third week the commute is routine and the house is where you live for the length of the assignment.

WinterPark Home is the closest of the three to Bank of America. It also sits close to a strip of good, varied grocery shopping. Lockhart borders Pine Hills, and the corner of Pine Hills Road and West Colonial Drive is a good stretch to shop from: Presidente Supermarket, a Latin grocer with a cafeteria and juice counter, sits at Pine Hills Road and Silver Star Road, and the Walmart Supercenter on West Princeton Street covers a full weekly shop. Island Jam Caribbean Cuisine on North Pine Hills Road serves griot and fried plantains, and Golden Krust at West Colonial and North Kirkman is the reliable stop for a Jamaican beef patty or jerk chicken.

For time outdoors, Barnett Park on West Colonial Drive is the local landmark: 159 acres with a free splash pad, playgrounds, walking trails, disc golf and basketball and volleyball courts. It is a short drive from WinterPark Home and a reasonable place to spend an evening after a day at the campus. Pharmacies are easy too, with a CVS and a Walgreens along Silver Star Road and Pine Hills Road, plus the pharmacy inside the Princeton Street Walmart.

Fruit Tree Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat sit in a different part of the portfolio, the downtown and close-in cluster, with its own Publix, its own restaurants around College Park's Edgewater Drive, and Lake Eola Park. If your team splits across more than one of the three homes, each neighborhood page linked on this site lays out groceries, food and parks in full.

08The homes closest to Bank of America

All three of these homes are also among the six on the site with a published street address, so you can see exactly where you would be staying before you inquire.

WinterPark Home, Lockhart, 19 minutes

Three bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps eight. The kitchen was redone with stainless steel appliances, quartz-look counters and a tile backsplash, stocked with cookware and a coffee maker. The living area has a sectional and a wall-mounted TV, the front door has a keypad lock, and there is a screened porch with patio seating and a grill for the evenings. It sits on an older, close-set block with a private concrete driveway, and a community park with a playground and courts is a short walk away. It is a compact, single-story house with a plain, unfussy finish, and it suits one person or a couple relocating in well; a family of four fits inside its eight-person sleep count.

Fruit Tree Home, Holden Heights, 26 minutes

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps ten, with a full-size washer and dryer on site, so a work uniform or a set of scrubs goes straight into the machine after a shift. The kitchen has quartz-look counters, an electric range and a French-door refrigerator; the bedrooms come with made-up beds and fresh linens, and the front door uses keyless entry instead of a physical key. A screened front porch and a fenced backyard with mature shade trees round it out. At ten sleeping spots across three bedrooms, it is the roomiest of the three for a small team or a family that grows for part of a stay.

Amelia’s Arena Retreat, Parramore, 27 minutes

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps eight, and one of the bedrooms has its own attached bathroom, useful when two people on different schedules are sharing the house. The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, granite-look counters and a full stainless suite including a side-by-side refrigerator; both bathrooms were updated with marble-look tile. Outside there is a fenced backyard with mature shade trees and a private concrete driveway under a covered front entry. Parramore's location, at the western edge of downtown, means this home also works well if your stay mixes the Lake Mary drive with meetings or errands downtown.

09What's included for a longer stay

Every home comes furnished, from beds and linens to a stocked kitchen, and every home has private parking, either a driveway, a carport or a parking pad, so a relocating employee is never hunting for street space after a long day. Wi-Fi is on before you arrive, and towels, cookware and dishes are already in the house, so the only thing you need to bring on day one is what fits in a suitcase. The exact inclusions are confirmed in writing when you book, and they vary a little from house to house.

None of the thirteen homes has a pool; they are ordinary residential houses. Bed and bath counts are the counts in each home's own listing, and a sofa is never counted as a bed. WinterPark Home, Fruit Tree Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat are three of the six homes on the site that publish a full street address instead of a neighborhood and zip code, so you can see the exact block before you commit to a stay of a month or longer. That is the practical difference between one of these houses and an extended-stay hotel: a kitchen you actually cook in, your own washer and dryer, and a private front door onto a residential street.

10Billing for a relocation or a project team

The agreement is written the way your finance or relocation team needs it. It can name you personally, or it can name your company, your staffing agency, your insurer or a relocation coordinator as the paying party, with a monthly invoice issued in that party's name. Established companies, agencies and insurers can move to net-30 terms on a signed agreement or a purchase order; the first booking on a new account is paid up front while that paperwork is put in place.

On request we provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance; Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy, which is often the document a corporate vendor file asks for before a first payment can go out. Every stay comes with itemized monthly receipts built for an expense system or a housing stipend.

Assignments change. If a platform project, a training rotation or a transfer runs past its original end date, extensions run month to month. Tell us as soon as the new timeline is clear and we will hold the following month where we can. Our corporate housing checklist and our coordinator's booking checklist both go further into what to have ready before the first call.

None of this paperwork slows down move-in day. The agreement, the deposit and the first invoice are handled before you arrive, which leaves day one for unpacking.

The listing carries a 4.79 rating across 59 reviews, and they span from late 2024 through the spring of 2026, a long enough run to show the pattern holds.

A theme repeats across the reviews on this listing: guests mention how quickly the host responds, whether it is a question before check-in or something that needs attention once they have arrived, and several call out how clean the house was at arrival. Those are the two things that matter most on a relocation, when you are moving into a house you have not seen in person.

Fruit Tree Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat each carry their own set of reviews on their home pages, here and here, and the full wall of reviews for every home in the portfolio is on our reviews page.

12Planning a stay near Bank of America

Start with a call or an email. Inquiries get a same-day answer with the rate, the deposit and the pet policy for the home you are asking about, all confirmed in writing before you commit. If you are choosing between WinterPark Home, Fruit Tree Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat, tell us the shift or work pattern and the size of your household and we will point you to the one that fits best.

Arrival is straightforward. You get the door code or the lockbox location a few days ahead of check-in, so there is no office to find and no key exchange to schedule on a moving day that is already long enough. Several of our thirteen homes take pets; the deposit and policy for a specific house are confirmed in writing before you book.

Two of our guides go deeper on the practical side of a move like this: a neighborhood starter guide for anyone relocating to Orlando for the first time, and a guide to getting around Orlando for work, which covers the highways and the commuter rail for a daily drive like this one.

Our corporate and business housing and relocation and long-stay pages cover the wider range of stays we host beyond this one campus.

14Common questions

Which home is closest to Lake Mary?

WinterPark Home in Lockhart. The table on this page shows the drive time from all thirteen homes.

Do you provide corporate receipts?

Yes. Itemized monthly receipts for expense processing and a W-9 on request.

Are you affiliated with Bank of America?

No. Libema Properties is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Bank of America.

How do the three closest homes compare for a solo employee versus a family relocating together?

WinterPark Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat each sleep eight; Fruit Tree Home sleeps ten across three bedrooms. A single employee or a couple tends to pick WinterPark Home for its shorter drive, a family often takes the extra bedroom and bathroom at Amelia’s Arena Retreat, and a small team sharing the cost usually points to Fruit Tree Home for the extra sleeping room.

Can the housing agreement be billed to my relocation coordinator or my employer instead of me personally?

Yes. The written agreement can name you, your employer, your relocation coordinator or your staffing agency as the paying party, with the monthly invoice issued in that party's name. Established companies and agencies can also move to net-30 billing on a signed agreement; a first-time account is paid up front while that paperwork is arranged.

What happens if a project or an assignment at the Lake Mary campus runs longer than planned?

Extensions run month to month on the same written agreement, so a longer platform project or a delayed transfer does not mean reapplying or moving to a new place. Tell us as soon as the new end date is clear and we will hold the following month for you where the calendar allows.

Will I have somewhere to park for the whole length of a relocation?

Yes. WinterPark Home, Fruit Tree Home and Amelia’s Arena Retreat each have a private driveway, so parking is not a daily search for street space. Every home on the site has some form of private parking, a driveway, a carport or a parking pad, confirmed in writing before you book.

Can I bring a pet along for a multi-month assignment?

Several of our homes accept pets. The policy and any pet deposit are confirmed in writing before you commit, and they vary by house, so tell us about your pet when you first inquire and we will let you know which of the closest homes can take it.

Do the drive times on this page include rush-hour traffic?

No. Every drive time on this site, including the 19, 26 and 27 minutes for the three homes closest to Bank of America, is a typical road-routing time without traffic. Orlando's morning and evening rush hours add time on top of these figures, more on the routes that pass through downtown.

Libema Properties LLC is an independent housing provider. Bank of America is a trademark of its owner; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by it. This page exists so its employees, contractors and visitors can find housing near work.
