04The drive from each home to the Lake Mary corridor

Every drive from a Libema home to the Lake Mary and Heathrow corridor runs up I-4, and how long that drive takes depends mostly on where a home sits before it ever reaches the highway. The Katherine House, in the Lockhart section of Northwest Orlando, already sits close to I-4, which is why it posts the shortest number of the thirteen at about 18 minutes. The 25th Street House in Holden Heights runs about 25 minutes and the Amelia House in Parramore about 26, both picking up I-4 farther south near downtown and carrying more of the highway north to reach Seminole County.

The rest of the portfolio spreads out from there. Game Day Getaway-Downtown Orlando, Downtown & Stadium Cozy Retreat and City and Stadium Sanctuary Vibes each run about 27 minutes. The Clue House, Meet. Play. Stay. and Wekiwa Home run about 29. Entertainment Home and Cozy Home run about 30, and Piedmont, the farthest of the thirteen, runs about 31. A technology team weighing two or three homes for a project will usually find the numbers bunch closely together once you look past Lockhart.

These are typical road-routing times without traffic, the same measure used everywhere on this site. I-4 north of Orlando carries heavy commuter traffic into Seminole County in the morning and back out in the evening, so a fixed 8-to-5 schedule at the corridor runs longer at both ends of the day than the figures below suggest on their own.

05Where the homes sit around the corridor

The map below sets the Lake Mary corridor at the center and places each home along its own compass bearing, with distance from the middle standing in for drive time by road rather than straight-line miles. WinterPark Home, in the Lockhart section of Northwest Orlando, reads closest to the center, which lines up with the shorter number above. Amelia’s Arena Retreat sits in the Downtown Orlando cluster and Fruit Tree Home sits just south of downtown; both read farther out on the map than Katherine, matching the extra minutes on the drive.

The rest of the portfolio, spread across Washington Shores, Malibu Groves and Pine Hills in West and Northwest Orlando, reads farther out again. Wekiwa Home sits on its own further out on the west side, in Hiawassee. None of that changes which home fits an assignment best. A training cohort that needs six bedrooms under one roof may still pick The Clue House over a shorter drive in a smaller house, so use the map alongside the exact minutes above.

06Matching the stay to the assignment

Each of the four kinds of stay Chase sends to Lake Mary fits the same monthly agreement, but the shape of the booking looks different depending on who is arriving. An analyst relocating ahead of a permanent transfer often books for a couple of months while house-hunting, then either extends month by month or gives notice once a lease is signed elsewhere. A technology team flown in for a card-platform migration usually books for the length of the project and treats the house as one base for the whole team, keeping everyone on a single invoice instead of several separate hotel rooms.

A training or onboarding cohort works on a calendar Chase sets, a start date and a class length fixed before anyone books, with a group that often arrives and leaves together. That kind of stay works best as one house with enough bedrooms for the group, one written agreement and one rate for the address, simpler for whoever is managing the class's housing budget than tracking a block of separate hotel rooms. A manager transferring between Chase sites is often the most familiar face on this list, someone who has likely used corporate housing before and mainly needs the paperwork, the deposit and the move-in date confirmed quickly.

What ties all four together is the same agreement structure: a written monthly agreement naming the home, the dates, the rate and the deposit, extended by the month for as long as the assignment runs. Nobody on this list needs a year-long lease to get a documented address with a clear paper trail, and nobody needs to start the booking over if a start date moves.

WinterPark Home sits on Katherine Ave in Lockhart, about 18 minutes from the corridor, the shortest drive of the thirteen homes. It is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house that sleeps up to 8, with a keypad lock on the front door and no key to carry, a screened porch with patio seating and a grill, and a private concrete driveway. The kitchen was recently updated with stainless steel appliances and quartz-look counters, and the living area has a sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV. It carries 59 Airbnb reviews at a 4.79 rating, and its size suits a single employee or a couple well, with enough room for a family relocating together.

Fruit Tree Home, about 25 minutes from the corridor, sits in Holden Heights south of downtown. It is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow with full-size laundry built into the house, a screened front porch and fruit trees in the yard, and it carries more Airbnb reviews than any other home we have, 142 of them at a 4.83 rating. Amelia’s Arena Retreat, about 26 minutes away in Parramore, is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house that sleeps up to 8, recently renovated with white shaker cabinets and stainless appliances; one of its bedrooms has its own attached bathroom, useful for two colleagues on the same booking who keep different hours.

None of the three is a new build. WinterPark Home is an older concrete-block home with some wear on the exterior trim and a lawn that runs patchy in spots. Its own page says the same. All three sit on residential streets with private parking already in place, a driveway at each one, so arriving with a rental car or a company car is never a search for street space.

08Everyday life near the closest homes

WinterPark Home sits inside the stretch of Lockhart and Rosemont covered by our Pine Hills and Northwest Orlando area guide. Presidente Supermarket, a Latin grocer on North Pine Hills Road, and Enson Market, a large Asian supermarket in a Chinatown plaza on West Colonial Drive, cover a lot of everyday cooking between them, and the Walmart Supercenter on West Princeton Street is the closest full-line grocery store for a bigger weekly run. For food after a long day, Island Jam Caribbean Cuisine on North Pine Hills Road is a well-reviewed Haitian kitchen, and Golden Krust at West Colonial and North Kirkman is a reliable stop for a beef patty or jerk chicken. Barnett Park, a 159-acre county park on West Colonial Drive with walking trails and a free splash pad, is the closest outdoor break, and a 24-hour Planet Fitness sits out on Silver Star Road.

The 25th Street and Amelia houses sit in the part of the portfolio covered by our downtown and close-in area guide instead, both close to the downtown core. The Publix at The Paramount on Lake Eola is the downtown grocery store, an easy stop for Amelia’s Arena Retreat in Parramore. Fruit Tree Home, just south in Holden Heights, has its own Publix on South Orange Avenue. East of downtown, the Mills 50 district holds the largest Vietnamese-American community in Florida, and College Park's Edgewater Drive, a short drive north, adds the heaviest concentration of independent cafes and restaurants in the portfolio, Foxtail Coffee and Adriatico Trattoria among them. The Downtown Orlando YMCA on North Mills Avenue is a full-service gym with two pools, and Lake Eola Park's roughly one-mile sidewalk loop is a free option a few minutes from either house.

09Housing a bigger onboarding cohort

Not every group Chase sends to Lake Mary is one or two people. A training class or a project team brought in together sometimes needs more bedrooms than the three homes closest to the corridor can offer under one roof, and the portfolio has room for that without switching to a hotel block. The Head Avenue House in Pine Hills has six bedrooms and sleeps up to 15, with full-size laundry and a desk already set up in the house, about 29 minutes from the corridor. The Meet & Play House, the newest of the thirteen homes, is in Malibu Groves, also about 29 minutes away, with a game room, desks in two of its bedrooms and a fenced yard.

Both book on the same written monthly agreement as any of the three closest homes, one flat rate for the whole address, which keeps a whole class on a single monthly invoice a coordinator can reconcile in one line. If a cohort splits across two houses because of how the dates land, each house still runs on its own agreement and its own deposit, and we can time the two to start and end together.

10Billing for Chase employees, teams and coordinators

An engagement booked through Chase or JPMorgan Chase works the same way any established company's booking does with us. We can write the agreement to the company's name if that is how the assignment is structured, or to the employee directly if that is simpler, and either way you get a written agreement naming the home, the dates, the rate and the deposit, plus itemized monthly receipts formatted for an expense system or an accounts-payable process. A W-9 and a certificate of insurance are available on request, and Libema carries a commercial landlord liability policy.

Net-30 terms are available on a signed agreement or purchase order once that paperwork is in place, with the first booking paid up front while it gets set up. Extensions run month by month: tell us as soon as a project, a migration or a training class looks like it will run past the date on the agreement, and we will hold the following month at the same home where we can. Guests let themselves in with keyless entry or a lockbox, and arrival notes with the code or the key location go out a few days before check-in, so someone flying in on a Sunday night for a Monday start does not need anyone to meet them at the door.

Every home comes furnished and ready from the first night: beds and linens made up, a stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi from day one, and private parking in a driveway, carport or parking pad. Exact inclusions are confirmed in writing when you book.

Among the three homes closest to the corridor, Fruit Tree Home is the one with full-size laundry built into the house, not a stacked or portable unit, which some guests staying several months notice right away. WinterPark Home's screened porch, with patio seating and a grill, gives you somewhere to sit outside without leaving the property, and Amelia’s Arena Retreat's bedroom with its own attached bathroom is the detail two colleagues on one booking usually ask about first. None of the three has a desk built into a bedroom; that belongs to the Head Avenue and Meet & Play houses described above, about 29 minutes from the corridor, for anyone who needs a home office setup more than a shorter drive.

None of the thirteen homes has a pool. They are residential houses. Six of them, the Amelia, Katherine, 25th Street, Head Avenue, Dollins and Piedmont houses, publish a street address on the site; the other six publish the neighborhood and zip code, and we share the exact address at booking.
