Other things to note
LIGHT FIXTURES: The lights in the home are controlled by remote controllers which are found mounted on the walls. DO NOT remove the control from the mount. Simply utilize the buttons to turn fan off and lights on/off. Lost remote controls will cause a fine of $40 per controller to cover replacement and re-installation. If model is not available and we need to purchase new fixtures, guest will be responsible for full costs. All other controllers (tv, entertainment) should be placed where they were found)
DOOR LOCK: Use your unique code to enter the home. The door will auto lock after 30 seconds. To lock it manually press the lock button. If internet is disconnected at any time during your stay without notification, we presume house rules on guest count is in violation - this also causes lock to unsync, causing unnecessary additional intervention and you will be charged an additional 15$ per guest per day fee at maximum guest capacity
ENTERTAINMENT ITEMS: For your pleasure we've included additional entertainment items like game boards etc. Please place all belongings back where they belong with all pieces. If items are missing, we reserve the right to charge you for lost amenity/experience.
